**What do you like best about Achieve?**

The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for both staff and students to navigate. The analytics provided are clear and straightforward to collect. Our school has considered integrating the retention tool, as it promises to offer deeper insights into how we can better support students and enhance their academic success. Currently, we use this product daily across six different departments.

The customer support team is outstanding. They are consistently patient and always able to resolve any issues that come up. Their collaboration with our IT department for upgrades and troubleshooting has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Honestly, nothing about the system stands out to me as something I dislike.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data collection and analytics are a very important part of the system for us.  The ease of use for students to connect with support services is also of great benefit.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

We use Achieve for appointment scheduling and case management primarily, and it has been a powerful tool for multiple departments. The level of customization for creating multiple appointment types and confirmation emails has been helpful for us. We've also had great utility out of the group appointments and check in queue. The customer support for Achieve has also been helpful, when I send questions or need help troubleshooting they are right there to help.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

There was a learning curve to using the platform, the documentation did help in some areas but I wish I had a way to talk with other users to troubleshoot issues. Something like a user forum would be incredibly helpful!

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve helps with student appointment scheduling, case management, and reporting.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I really like how Achieve is incredibly intuitive and packed with a lot of features, making it easy to manage my advising caseload. It simplifies the process for student check-ins and queue management, allowing me to document notes efficiently and tag student accounts with useful details like cohort information for future reference. The customer service aspect of Achieve is exceptional. Bobby, in particular, is extremely helpful, always eager to assist and demonstrate new functionalities, which makes me feel heard and valued as a customer. His enthusiasm and care instill confidence in using Achieve. These features enhance my ability to track and manage student cohorts and special populations, streamline follow-up appointments, record and refer to previous notes, and organize all necessary student information in one centralized platform. Additionally, Achieve integrates seamlessly with our university's LMS and Banner systems, allowing real-time access to student grades which facilitates meaningful conversations during advising sessions. This integration capability further enhances its usability and effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Sometimes it's hard to find some of the features in Achieve, although they are there. It requires some effort to locate them at times.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve minimizes the need for additional human resources, allowing me to focus on students. It organizes my caseload, manages queues, and ensures notes and student data are tidy. This makes my workflow easier and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I appreciate the immediate and pertinent assistance provided by Achieve's customer service whenever I encounter issues, especially with customizations not detailed in the documentation. The integration of Achieve with Outlook calendars is a standout feature, boosting productivity by automating availability settings and facilitating seamless communication and record-keeping for student appointments. Additionally, the ability to pre-screen students with questionnaires attached to their appointments is particularly beneficial. The new user interface is well-organized and easy to use, enhancing the overall user experience. Achieve effectively solves problems for my role, providing an integrated appointment booking portal that streamlines the processes for advisors, tutors, and coaches.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I find the documentation for Achieve lacking in several areas. While it covers the basics sufficiently, it falls short when it comes to implementing customizations and advanced features. The lack of detailed guidance in these areas often forces me to do my own testing to figure out how things work, which can be time-consuming. Additionally, the documentation is in PDF form and not easily searchable, making it cumbersome to navigate through different topics. It would be much more helpful if specific use cases were included to provide a clearer understanding of complex functionalities. The student portal section, in particular, needs more comprehensive explanations on how settings impact the user experience beyond just the landing page.

Achieve integrates with Outlook, streamlining appointment bookings and communications. It enhances productivity with calendar setting features and pre-screening capabilities, while offering excellent customer service and a user-friendly interface.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

A centralized program that allows nursing faculty to record student notes and manage appointments in one place can greatly improve communication and continuity across all levels of my nursing program. By storing academic and clinical observations, meeting records, and progress updates in a shared, secure platform, faculty and administrators can ensure that everyone involved in a student’s education has access to consistent, up-to-date information. This promotes early identification of concerns, coordinated support, and more meaningful feedback for students. The ability to schedule and document advising or remediation sessions also strengthens accountability and follow-through. When used consistently, such a system can streamline faculty workload, enhance data collection for accreditation and evaluation purposes, and reduce miscommunication between academic and clinical teams. However, its effectiveness depends on ease of use, adequate training, and clear expectations for documentation. Overall, this type of program provides a valuable foundation for more organized, transparent, and collaborative communication throughout my nursing education program.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I’ve been using this platform for work for almost ten years.  Students can schedule their own appointments, or the front desk and advising faculty call also help a student schedule appointments to meet with us.  Were able to write notes in the system for every student, so that all advisors can see a students past history.  We also utilize the system for same day and walk in students.  It’s proven to be very flexible and helpful over the years, and it changed our offices processes for the bettter.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The only improvement I would like to see is that the system remind the student which modality they selected for the appointment. Students can select in person, phone or zoom. Sometimes they forget which modality they selected. They do get a confirmation email and a reminder, but it doesn’t specify which modality they selected.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows adviors, front desk staff and students themselves to schedule advising appointments.  It tracks a lot of data and is quite versatile. There are other functions that we don’t use yet, but hopefully we expand our contract to utilize some of those options.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I have been using this product for almost 5 years now. I have enjoyed seeing the developments and improvements made to meet end user needs. What I appreciate the most is how responsive the team is to our inquiries regardless of how general or in depth they are. Achieve is easy to get into and understand quickly. Their reports functionality is again, also very easy to get in, understand and extract data.

Achieve's connectedness to outlook calendar is different than other appointment software (Microsoft Bookings for instance). It's capabilities meet our institutions needs.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I am in ITS for a university and I help users to support Achieve. We have been using this product for a long time, and it helps with the university needs. It’s a good product gathering appointments, and it is very good syncing with Outlook, which is very important for all advisors here.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

While the documentation covers many important aspects, it can be somewhat limited and not always helpful for the diverse scenarios we encounter. Additionally, enhancement requests often take a long time to be implemented, which can delay improvements that would benefit users. Regarding support, although generally helpful, there are occasional cases where we need to follow up more than once on tickets before receiving a resolution.

I work in IT and help to support Achieve for my university. This is a great product that has had minimal issues ever since I’ve supported it. The E2E team provides excellent support if you ever have a question. I appreciate the easy to read documentation, the continual updates, and the overall functionality of Achieve.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

There’s a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding all of the features at your disposal, but that’s where the solid documentation and premium support make a huge difference.

Achieve is much more than an appointment management solution. This system receives continuous updates to make improvements to student success, such as real time reports generated through Canvas integrations, giving advisors critical insights as to where their students may be struggling.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

This past academic year, I had the privilege of introducing the Wellness Pulse Checks within the Achieve system for the UAB Blazing Start freshmen cohort—and the results were incredible.
The Blazing Start Program is designed to give first-time freshmen the tools and support they need to succeed in college. By using Achieve, I was able to check in on students’ academic progress and overall well-being in a way that felt both efficient and personal. Instead of juggling multiple systems, everything—from performance checks to outreach—happened in one place. That meant I could reach students faster, connect them to the right resources, and ultimately make sure no one slipped through the cracks.
What impressed me most was the accuracy and reliability of Achieve. Grades pulled directly from Canvas were always up to date, which made the data we used to guide our interventions trustworthy. Beyond the Pulse Checks, Achieve quickly became a cornerstone for managing appointments, coordinating retention initiatives, sending outreach messages, and tracking data in meaningful ways. Its reporting features gave us actionable insights that helped us identify student needs early and make informed decisions that truly supported student success.
Perhaps the best part? Both students and administrators found the platform easy to navigate. The simplicity of the system made it easy to build trust and engagement with students while making our behind-the-scenes work more seamless.
For us, Achieve wasn’t just another tool—it became a partner in ensuring first-year students felt supported, seen, and set up for success.

Achieve is extremely easy to use, it syncs with our calendars, and rescheduling appointments is so simple. Scheduling new appointments is quick and can be done by us or by the students themselves

It is difficult to record or alter an appointment that has already passed, or a last minute session when a student walks in, the time restrictions make it challenging to record accurate times.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

We have been using Achieve by E2E Advising at Qatar University since 2014, and I have served as the system administrator since 2018. Over the years, I’ve consistently been impressed by the outstanding support provided by the E2E team — they respond and resolve issues quickly and effectively, often exceeding expectations.
 
Every new release brings valuable features and enhancements, which our academic advisors truly appreciate. The Case Management and Note-Taking modules are intuitive, efficient, and incredibly user-friendly. Within Qatar University, we also leverage Group Appointments for Bookstore services, Events, and Workshops — the setup process is seamless and straightforward.
 
The SMS/Text Messaging functionality has significantly reduced student no-shows, while the Kiosk Module makes check-ins for both scheduled and drop-in appointments quick and easy. Our leadership team is especially excited about the Power BI and Analytics reporting, which provides powerful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
 
Overall, Achieve is a reliable, innovative, and continuously evolving platform that has become an integral part of our advising ecosystem. Highly recommended!

The absence of an Arabic interface is disappointing, especially considering that we are in the GCC region. This is a feature we have been anticipating.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

The platform offers a wide range of features, many of which we have not yet implemented but hope to use in the near future. Since we purchased this platform years ago, the customer service provided by Boby has been outstanding. He is always willing to adapt to our needs and promptly resolve any issues that come up. It integrates very well with our inhouse record keeping platform and our google calendars. I work on an appointment schedule and use is frequently; probably hourly. It holds all my notes for my appointments so I don't forget details when meeting later on with the same person.

With so many features it can be a bit much at first to learn to use but it doesn't take long. I've been using it for many years now and its very easy once you get the hang of it.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us we use it  to manage our appointments. It allows our students to schedule their own appointments freeing up our front line staff. It does allow them to schedule appointments to if students walk in, and we can schedule students with other advisors too.  Most importantly for me it holds notes for all the students. We can type them in from an appointment or add notes separately. This greatly helps me to remember details of my large caseload of students.

Achieve make scheduling with student so much easier. It is easy for the students to make and change their own appointments and I get the updates in real time. It syncs with my calendar within seconds. As I was learning to navigate Achieve the company was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

Account users who no longer work at the company still have their name as options to make appointments.

I like the reports that I can download and use to target specific student populations.  Also, the messages that can be customized to appointment campaigns, appointments type, and locations is very helpful.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I headed the committee to find a new CRM system for our university. From the start, E2E Achieve far exceeded other options out there. We met with the CEO (Boby) from the very first meeting, and he followed the onboarding and continued operation support since. His team is very attentative to the needs of their users, and works tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition and operations for his clients. As far as support, you cannot get any better than Boby and his team at Achieve.

User functionality: Very easy for end users to adopt and use. It required very little training for my office of advisors and external users across campus. We've been able to onboard multiple offices across campus outside of advising, so it's helpful seeing multiple touchpoints for students across campus.

Reporting: Great reports built in to pull numbers and see traffic patterns.

LMS data: Boby assisted implementing snapshots of our LMS data, which is currently pulling from Blackboard, but we are working on transitioning to BrightSpace. His team is already working with our tech support to ensure the continued LMS functionality with the new LMS.

Troubleshooting/attentiveness to reported issues: Superior handling of any reported issues for the system, with same day fixes. These are rare, but fixed quickly. His team is also open to recommendations to improve the functionality as well. For example, I asked for any notes started from a session be saved if the advisor accidently navigated away from that screen. It was implemented within two weeks. I asked for the ability for advisors to make another appointment from the note taking screen; again implemented quickly.

This is a great affordable option for any size institutions. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a new CRM option.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

There's really not much I dislike, and if I do, Boby is on it. Again, very quick to fix any issues or implement any features that will help end users in their daily function. Honestly, if there's a problem, reach out.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an affordable CRM that allowed us to scale to additional offices involved in the student lifecycle, and it needed to integrate with our work calendars  (we are a Google school - but also works for Exchange schools as well).

I like the reports that it puts out. I use these a lot for my data that is needed for my office.

I hated when it changed displays however I got used to it and am able to now view it. I wish there was ability for in person training rather than Zoom.

I love the effeciency, convenience, customization , centralized information and data analytics of the Achieve system. It is so great when you think of all the features this system has at the tip of your fingers! The self-service tools and the ability to record notes on students is the best part. I also get to run reports in my unit and begin analyzing the data is always a joy for me.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I havent quite figured out anything I do not like about this system. Maybe because I am just a huge fan! I do wish all the features that are available were accessible at my institution.

We have a very large college at the university and it helps with streamlining student sign in processes. Now that a lot of services we provide to students are of different modalities, this system helps us to acheive the accessibility our students desire to reach their advisor.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Achieve not only provides a great scheduling and documentation tool for students, it gives advisors and others quick access to information and student insights like LMS data (Canvas in our case) and the current and past courses a student is in or has taken.

I've been very impressed with the great support E2E Advising provides. The team is very personable and takes the time to get to know us and our needs. They listen and often implement the ideas we share, which isn't always the case with other vendors. We've brought up ideas to E2E Advising in the past and have seen them implemented in a couple weeks or less!

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The front end interface used by students is great, but the interface used by advisors looks a little dated. That said, when we brought this up to the E2E Advising team, they were already working on a complete refresh to the interface. They have even let us pilot the interface and provide suggestions on what can be improved.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve provides our students with an easy way to schedule an appointment with their advisor. Because it syncs with Outlook, it makes our advisors lives easier by handling their appointment management and updating their calendars appropriately. Our advisors also use Achieve for appointment documentation. Notes taken for a student are available to other staff, based on permissions.

This is a company that genuinely cares about reaching and supporting students.  They constantly make innovative and valuable changes and can always be reached for assistance.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

There are a lot of duplicate buttons, but it just takes some getting used to.  If you spend time in the system, you get the hang of where everything is pretty quickly.

Advisors can see academic performance information about students that they could not in the past.  It allows us to have more engaging conversations with them about their success skills and grades.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I like many things, but I'll narrow that down to three:  
1. The system integrates LMS data to completely change the ball game for early identification of Academic Wellness issues, and further facilitates highly enriched conversations with students. 
2. I would also like to comment on the incredible support by, and direct access to the CEO.  Boby Joseph is dedicated to developing and refining his product to maximize its potential to leverage student success.
3. All of our school/student information never leaves our campus, minimizing any compromise in our student's privacy with outside agencies.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

A couple of small things that perhaps are just the learning curve:
1. Sometimes things aren't named what I think they should be, or in general, it's not always intuitive to use.
2. Two-way texting.  The best way currently to engage students is by text, and when you text a student, they expect to be able to text back.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too new to the system to have much to add here.  At this point, it seems to be a relatively cost effective way to manage student success and retention strategies.  We'll have to check back in a year to see if it made a difference.

More tabs/buttons than accessible features (I wish there were a hide option to streamline the options); setting up and customizing some of the more nuanced parts of Achieve (like advisor profiles) can be tricky unless you have some HTML coding or understand all the features

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pre-pandemic, our advising office operated primarily on an in-person drop-in model with no front desk clearance required (sounds chaotic, right? It most certainly was). We knew that we could not sustain that model given all the COVID precautions and having to work off campus 50% of the time when were finally able to return to campus. Achieve allowed us to still be accessible for advising services and spend more time working with students than setting up appointments with back and forth emails we had experienced before. Given our current circumstances, it is nice to be able to offer students Zoom, in-person, and phone advising appointment options through the interface and this would not be possible without the outstanding customization that this platform allows. As a result, I feel like we are capable of reaching a wider portion of our student population and they like being able to schedule 24/7--even on evenings and weekends--instead of feeling the need to send a frantic email or be limited to dropping by our offices post-exam.

I would encourage any small college to consider Achieve...it's like having a mini-CRM and student information system all in one!

Achieve provides us a simple way for our students to schedule meetings with their academic advisors. Achieve also provides our academic advisors with real-time assessment of how students are performing in their current classes pulling data from our LMS. This gives us a way to prescribe interventions to help students and also provides us with the ability to send students "atta boys" recognizing their successes. We've got lots more to implement with Achieve!

I'm not too fond of the fact that Outlook limits its ability to schedule beyond the current year or over 90 days.

This is an excellent scheduling solution for any organization.  The support staff is always professional, available, and knowledgeable.

It is beneficial in our departments for student self-scheduling for mock interviews and non-self-scheduling for student assistance for tutoring in courses.  Once we started using Achieve, the number of students reaching out for assistance increased and our retention rates increased.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

The ability to create multiple appointment slots or blocks means you can use the same interface to manage your office hours for individual or group advising or Physical/Virtual walk-ins. Another great feature is the ability to create custom confirmation messages. When students book an appointment, they get an auto email with calendar reminders and cancel and rescheduling links that will update your outlook calendar dynamically. Since you can edit the confirmation message, you can put the online meeting platforms links for your office hours right in the message, without needing to create that meeting and write a separate email.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Nothing I dislike. Well designed and the new release will incorporate our feedback to better render our needs.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

From a technical perspective, the software is essentially bug-free.  Everything works, all the time, so technical support needs from IT staff are low.  In addition, the software is hosted on-premise.  This is an advantage for us, because we can integrate data from multiple systems with E2E data.  The integration flows two ways - from our Student Information System into E2E and from E2E into in-house-developed custom systems.  E2E offers a tremendous amount of flexibility in how it is configured, so it is tailored for our institution's needs by line-of-business staff.  In addition to its scheduling capabilities, we are using it in a CRM-like manner, with E2E serving as the nexus of information regarding our students for use by advisors and counselors, among others.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

To be honest, I have not encountered a downside.   We are getting a great deal of benefit from using the system and its use has spread to quite a few departments on campus.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, we're using it for scheduling and managing student appointments with staff and monitoring and managing staff workloads.  In addition, we are using achieve as a CRM, importing a great deal of student information into the system and structuring links within E2E to external systems (such as our document management system), which provides one-click access for advisors and counselors.  We have been able to configure E2E to meet the vast majority of advisors' and counselors' needs for background information on students they meet with.  We have expanded the use of E2E beyond our initial target audience of advisors and counselors to tutoring staff, TRIO, and the Office of Students with Disabilities, all of whom are deriving quite a bit of benefit from the software.  We are in discussions regarding the potential expansion of the user-base of software across the campus, for instance, by bookstore staff.  The product has developed into quite a versatile tool within our institution.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

We have been using Achieve at the Leeds School of Business for three years now and the versatility of the product is incredible.  It has adapted with us from a world where student appointments were entirely in-person, to a 100% remote environment during COVID, and now to a hybrid environment of both.  Achieve has the flexibility to be customized to meet almost any situation, so far we haven't found one it cannot accomodate.  All of our student appointment data needs to land in Salesforce, Achieve combined with UCheckin allows this very nicely.  The administrative component is key for our campus locations with front desk support staff and we also use iPad kiosks at several smaller locations across campus. On the support side Boby provides incredible support and has been very gracious in customizing the product to meet our individual needs if the situation arises.  We have been very happy with Achieve and I'm not sure our previous solution would have handled the "new normal" of virtual and in-person appointments so easily.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Achieve is a reliable, versatile workhorse that can accommodate a variety of use cases across different departments so there is not much to dislike.  This is only applicable if you combine Achieve with UCheckin for the Salesforce integration but there is some duplicative configuration between the products.  Most of it is a one-time, upfront effort when you first implement the products so not a major problem but does add some extra time to the project implementation.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a product that syncs with Outlook in real-time while also integrating with Salesforce. We have a wide variety of departments and users on the platform each with different schedules, locations on campus, appointment lengths, one-on-one appointments, group appointments, competing virtual and in-person availability and Achieve accommodates it all.  A fun added twist in the "new normal" hybrid environment of on-campus and virtual appointments was when advisors are on-campus they needed to also be available for virtual appointments without getting double booked.  Achieve handled this new requirement no problem, like I mentioned above we have not found a situation it cannot accommodate yet.

We have not found anything we disliked with Achieve thus far.  Any concerns we have had, have been addressed immediately by Boby and his Team.  Any improvements we identified have been addressed and resolved.

All students can make an appointments with any service/support department virtually and remotely, text messaging reminders, email reminders, early alerts for academic performance or non-attendance, reporting analytics, etc. 
One benefit is that the texting to remind student of appointments has decreased our no-show appointments.
Another benefit that advisors can see analytics of the cohort of students they serve, such as the students who have not registered for the next semester when the new semester opens.

Some of the format needs to be updated; refresh the look such as more buttons/dashboard, new colors, etc. This is not a reflection of the software necessarily, but we are not able to make customized decisions and there are many areas of campus using this technology.

The platform is really simple to use and allows our advisors, career consultants, scholarship coordinator, etc. to keep track of the appointment and maintain records of the studets' information.

We don't have any complaints about the overall functionality of the product. The main things that have been a little wonky are getting the colors in the calendar to change once an appointment is booked and figuring out how to use the flags for follow-ups.

It's really easy for students to use the system to schedule appointments. It allows us to reach out to students who miss appointments to say, hey, sorry we missed you! Want to try again? It's improved our ability to retain these students in advisement, remind them of their appointments via emails/texts, allow students to access documentation after their appointment, etc.

We are using it to schedule tutoring appointments and to report on the tutor lab usage.  Since our entire advising community on campus uses this to make appointments, it is easier for the student to use this to make tutoring appointments also.

So far, so good.  I haven't found any downsides yet.  I am looking forward to having a connection with Canvas as well.

This is a great product to improve retention.  I am easily able to pull reports and help students get the attention that they need.  Students can make advising and tutoring appointments in the same system.  This platform offers great customer support by being incredibly responsive when anything comes up.

Many departments of our College  is able to use this system to centralize appointment scheduling with students.  Some of the main offices that uses it to streamline the students' experience are Financial Aid,   Academic Advising, Bursar and  Residence Life.   It is easy to integrate with  O365,  MS Teams, Zoom or other web tools.  In a time of remote learning this is indeed a great tool for students to quickly schedule time with  Faculty and other staff.

We have been actively using this system for 2 years and there is no flaw I can report on.

Achieve is a wonderful product and is very easy to use.  The vendor support is amazing.  They assist you in creating a teaching and learning environment for your students and staff.

Achieve is so much more than an appointment scheduling solution, it is a mini CRM.  Achieve allows you to track and document so many aspects of a students academic advising experience at a University.  It is extremely powerful when used across multiple units at a University.  We have found quite a few unique ways to incorporate Achieve into our University functions.  The native reporting and analytics available are very detailed, easy to work with and data can be aggregated in numerous ways.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Achieve is a great system, when we have encountered issues the vendor has been great to work with us to come up with solutions.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve is used in most of our University functions where appointments are being scheduled with students (i.e. Advising, Financial Aid, Scholarships, Mentoring, Tutoring, even Faculty Office Hours).  We have found so many unique ways to leverage the system to meet a wide variety of scheduling needs.  Achieve is also used as a way to track information about a student and share that information with other individuals as needed.

Achieve has changed so many aspects relating to advising – we have empowered students to take control of scheduling appointments to meet with advisors and staff.  Confirmation and Reminder Emails/SMS Messages have dramatically impacted the number of No-Show appointments. The self-check-in Kiosk has impacted how our waiting areas function. And has freed up staff time for other projects.

Achieve is relatively easy to configure. Other offices around campus have adopted the use of Achieve for queuing and appointment managing such as Financial Aid, Counseling, Tutoring, and our One-Stop Center. 

The reporting and analytics features are extensive and have enabled our offices to plan staffing and availability around trends in student behavior. The system is very user friendly and not overly complicated. E2EAdvising's support is responsive. We typically hear back very quickly when troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Self-help resources such as documentation and FAQ's for reporting, analytics, and configuration could be more robust.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

Ask for a demo or a reference from one of the colleges or universities that use Achieve. We have hosted visits from other colleges and universities to show how we configure Achieve to meet the varied needs of different campus constituents and share our experiences working with E2EAdvising.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Academic Advising Center began using Achieve (then Appointment Manager) in 2015. The software enabled us to reduce call volume into our advising center by publishing appointment availability and scheduling online. 

Now, we’ve hovering between 50-60% of students scheduling their appointments online themselves depending on the week. Achieve enables us to pull historical records of advisor interactions with relative ease, generate automated advisor follow-ups and monitor our appointment capacity to ensure that we are meeting student demand, particularly during periods of peak student traffic.

Achieve is easy to use from both the Admin perspective as well as the user perspective. This product helps keep you organized and ready to go for your back to back meetings. Questionnaires allow you to gather needed information before the meeting so you don't have to spend the time looking it all up! The vendor is quick to reply and always very helpful!

The main problem we solve with Achieve is disorganization . The benefits are the organization and preparedness for meetings. This product allows for questionnaires before someone signs up for an appointment so information like  student ID and/or the reason they are coming in so all of that can be ready beforehand, saving everyone's time.

The software is easy to use from an end-user side and support from Achieve is phenomenal.  Anytime there is a question, they are quick to get back to us and work with our IT department to ensure uninterrupted service to students.  They are also constantly upgrading the service to create new services including: early alert functionality, text messaging capability, single sign-on, etc.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

As with all 3rd party softwares, there are outages at times where appointments have failed to sync but it is quickly corrected and it is more an issue on our end and not Achieve.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

I highly recommend Achieve for any Academic Advisement office looking for an appointment scheduling solution that also may function as a total CRM at a fraction of the cost of any other CRM system on the market.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Achieve is exceptionally user-friendly for our staff and our students.  It was easy to set up and start using very quickly and student feedback has been very positive.  Students can schedule, reschedule, or cancel their own same-day or pre-scheduled appointments 24/7.  We added on the SMS/text feature, too, which has increased our appointment completion numbers (as we find many students do not check email).  Achieve allows us to easily reassign students to different advisors when someone is out sick, which was a nightmare in the system we had previously.  Whether it's individual appointments or group workshops, Achieve offers a solution to all our scheduling needs.  And when we need help, the E2E Advising Support Team responds within a single business day and provides excellent customer service.  The team is easy to work with, always friendly, and patient.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Achieve, and we haven't even turned on all the features yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

We looked through a lot of systems/options when trying to replace our previous system.  After one demo with Achieve, we knew we had found the right one.  It is so much more than a mere scheduling system as it provides tools to assist with case management, early alerts, and retention.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system did not allow students to schedule their own appointments, which was frustrating.  Community college students don't always have the time to call the office M-F 8-5 so we ended up playing phone tag, which led to frustrated students.  Now they can schedule their own appointments 24/7.  The automated email and text reminders have helped significantly lower our no-show rate, thankfully.  Additionally, Achieve integrates with Google Calendar.  Our advisors are no longer dealing with the frustration of managing multiple calendars.  The analytics and reporting features are easy to use and provide quick, accurate data.  In higher education, we often receive last-minute requests for data and now we are able to provide it with minimal stress.

Achieve makes things personal, and how often can you say that about a software company? Achieve made implementation seamless with support 24/7 to help answer any and all question and conquer any hurdles we faced. That support has continued and we still feel like their #1 client each and every time we need them, even two years later. Just like we don't want our students to feel like numbers, Achieve has made us feel like we matter. Beyond their customer service, the software itself has improved efficiency across campus and allowed advisors to spend more of their time actually advising and serving our students. Now that we use Achieve I couldn't imagine going back. It'd be the dark ages. During the pandemic Achieve made it possible for us to seamlessly transition to remote advising. Without I'm not sure how we would function day-to-day in this new normal.

Achieve meets the needs of my institution and has impressed us with its versatility and functionality.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

We have been using Achieve (formerly Appointment Manager) since March 2014 in our advising center at a southeastern mid-sized liberal arts institution.  There are an additional 18 departments and programs that are also using Achieve. We hold approximately 7000 student appointments annually and this software has revolutionized our office.  Making and tracking student appointments has become simple.  Student appointments automatically sync to our Outlook calendars and to students' Google calendars if they so choose.  Plus, students get confirmation and reminder emails and can opt in to receiving text reminders for their appointments.  We can even text students reminders from our department when needed.

We have been able to create post-appointment surveys and collect student information from advisors for assessment purposes to improve our program and services.  Updates are regular and suggestions for improvement are regularly requested by the vendor, which we love and they are always quick to offer same-day support if a problem arises.  The software was quickly updated to provide new features for our virtual world right now.  Achieve has also recently added next level student retention features, which we hope to employ soon.

We LOVE Achieve and highly recommend it to anyone needing to manage student appointments or are considering a case management approach to their work.  Students LOVE it too!  One of our most frequent calls is from students looking for someone in Achieve that isn't currently using it, so we are regularly recruiting others on campus to jump on board.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I really have no complaints.  Since we have been using this software for some time, we have offered suggestions for product improvement off and on over the years and they have been largely well-received and often quickly implemented.  We haven't started using the new retention features as this will require involvement for implementation beyond our office, so cannot offer any insight pros/cons at this time.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As already mentioned, Achieve has streamlined our appointment-making process and helped us collect data for our assessment purposes.  It has brought us into the 21st century.  Prior to Achieve, students had to call or stop by the office to schedule an appointment, which resulted in high no-show rates and the phone ringing off the hook.  Since March 2014, our phone rings for different reasons now and our no-shows significantly improved.  Once we added the texting feature, that number went down even further.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Achieve has a user friendly, intuitive, interface that allows seamless integration across campus. It is very easy to set up student appointments and connects to work calendars, allowing for the easy management of meetings. It also sends reminder emails and texts to students, which helps maintain their own schedules. The student portal is also easy to use, enabling students to book time quickly and accurately. Most importantly, the developer provides excellent customer service and is very responsive. A recent addition was the ability to book zoom meetings, and this was added due to feedback from clients.  Achieve has revolutionized our enrollment and retention efforts.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

We haven't found any significant issues with Achieve, its been the easiest scheduling system that we've used.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

This product is a great investment for universities, not only because it is so easy to use but also because of the outstanding support the company provides it's clients.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Student outreach has become much easier with Achieve and we have seen a significant rise in the number of meetings students have created and also, thanks to the reminders they receive, a large increase in the number of kept appointments. The ability to also send emails and text messages to students, based on a wide range of search criteria, enables an endless amount of outreach possibilities.  Achieve also has the ability to create scheduling for any academic department, from advisors to tutors, and other staff members across campus, allowing our university to close gaps in communication between various offices.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I am the Office Manager in the Advising Center at a southeastern mid-sized liberal arts institution.  I have been using Achieve for the three years I have worked in the office, and I love it.  Some of the features I most value are: (1) the day view reservations screen that gives me a snapshot of where my team is and available appointments slots for the day, (2) the ease in creating, scheduling, and manipulating appointments, (3) the seamless integration with Outlook, (4) the text and email reminders to students, in addition to the ability to send individual texts to students, which is huge, (5) robust reporting which allows me to super sleuth all sorts of helpful facts and slice and dice the data in more ways than I could have ever imagined, (6) the features that were added to increase productivity in the virtual environment, (7) the willingness of the organization to take requests for updates and implement them quickly, (8) the fact that there are multiple ways to do many tasks, and each user can choose what works best for them, and (9) it’s FUN to work with!!

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I wish there was a centralized location for finding answers to questions about using the software.  I have a lot of individual documents that address different issues or releases, but I would love to have one huge manual that I could keyword search all of my questions in one place.  I would love to have a 1-800 number I could call where there was someone available to answer user questions.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an office that holds 7000+ appointments per year.  The most important thing Achieve does for us is that students can make appointments themselves on line, and in the back office, we can easy make or manipulate appointments.  Another huge benefit has been the text and email reminders.  They significantly impact our no-show rates.  The robust reporting helps us with all sorts of decisions, for example, determining the ideal time for our drop-in hours.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I am a tech that supports various users on our campus and from a support aspect I am happy with the response we get from Achieve staff.   I also like that fact users love the ease of use for them and students for making and reserving advisement appointments.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The sync time from when an appointment is created in Outlook by staff and when it becomes available on the advisors web page for students to reserve them.    I understand staff unhappy with the lack of truly recurring appointments.    They would be very happy if the recurring appointments they create in Outlook are seen as recurring by Achieve.    This is even more necessary for our Tutoring center.

Scheduling advisement sessions with students.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Product support is 2nd to none.  You discover an issue and the product support team has it corrected by the next morning. Our campus really appreciates the easy access to data, which allows us to make connections between various data systems to meet our needs.  Our Advisors and Counselors love the tool!  They appreciate the reliability, ease of use, the amount of information we can put in front of them as they prepare for appointments and manage their student caseloads.  E2E has helped us tremendously as we have navigated providing virtual advising and counseling services during the COVID pandemic.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Many of our dislikes are being fixed in the upcoming December release.  They are always working to make this product better and spend the time listening to their clients and understanding  the everchanging business requirements.

Online Appointment Scheduling, Walk-In Center Que Management, Advising/Counseling Note tracking, Case Mgt, Student Communication.

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Achieve has two-way integration with the Outlook calendar. This is a great feature that our Advisor's love!!

When Achieve was purchased, incoming calls were reduced significantly to our centers as students went online to make an appointment. 

The application has various email reminders. Even when they don't show they can get a reminder. And it is all automated. 

The support team is always available and willing to listen to feedback from end users. Very happy with the continued support.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Nothing. The support team is willing to work with you to come up with a solution to a problem. Very supportive vendor!

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Text reminders to students have really helped our students to show up! A reduced incoming phone volume has been huge to our Advising centers. Allowing other departments to see notes has been a huge success when using this tool. And the reporting features make it easy to review data so decisions can be made moving forward.
