Automation Anywhere is constantly upgrading their software and adding new features to stay ahead in the industry. Their IQBot for document processing is very well layed out and easy to identify target fields and add custom logic if necessary. The script formatting of their development environment is very user friend and easy to locate commands. There are over 500 commands available including scripts and I haven't run into a scenario yet where I couldn't find a feature to connect with an application. I've been able to log output data very easily to files and interface with Excel very easily, including running macros and this has helped a lot with what we've been trying to accomplish. I also like the University of Automation Anywhere as they have a lot of resources available to read and a cloud version even where you can test the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike some of the features to the Metabot because I am not able to edit an existing metabot in the sense of copying the logic from one metabot to another and changing some of the tasks inside and uploading to the server. This has caused a lot of rework in the processes I've had to automate. I don't like how you can't pull out tabs on the top and can only have one window open at a time. And maybe this is a personal problem, but when I leave the tab and come back, it starts at the top and I always have to scroll back to where I was rather than staying in the same spot.
