AskCody keeps pricing simple with a one-tier model: a single Platform Fee gives you access to all features from day one: Bookings, Maps, Visitors, Displays, Mobile app, Services, and analytics, and includes 10 Workspaces, 5 Rooms, and 1 Reception. Scale easily by adding room, workspace, or reception licenses as your needs grow; pricing flexes with organization size and volume. To ensure a smooth rollout, Assisted Onboarding + Basic Support is required, with optional upgrades to Premium Support or Managed Service from our Customer Operations team, who’ve helped hundreds of organizations implement and adopt AskCody.
