I enjoy how easy it is to use. We have integrated AskCody with our Outlook mail and you can book a room directly from the meeting invitation. You can select all the features you need for the room to have, such as laptop sharing, if the room has a camera for video calls, number of attendees, etc. and it will filter through all the available rooms and give you the available options. On the other side of the spectrum, for those that are always on the move or like to have spontaneous meetings, you can book a room directly from the tablets displayed at each door. Management console. For instance calendars and resources can be created simultaneously, also a way to bulk action all the resources as I did not enable analytics on each resource so had to go back and do it for each of our 300+ resources.
