**What do you like best about AskCody?**

It is a great platform that allows you to create and manage meeting rooms. Thanks to this, it allows you to organize your work commitments excellently, assigning them an estimated time and designating a room. All of this with a compact and very intuitive user interface, which provides the user with a great experience and efficiency when managing with the application.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

It would be good if in future updates AskCody could adapt to more languages, such as Latin American Spanish, French, etc. It would also be great if it could continue reaching more platforms besides Windows. For example, to mobile platforms and cover more Linux platforms.

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our company, we have mainly used it to generate work meetings, assigning participating users in these meetings, setting established times for their realization, designating a space for them, etc.

**What do you like best about AskCody?**

The most helpful platform to manage your meeting room bookings that integrates with Outlook is the best innovative way to handle conflicts in a huge workplace.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

The customer support of the AskCody platform is a busy platform where it will take days or even a few weeks to get your tickets resolved. If they can reduce this waiting time, it would help us much better!

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working from home to the office was a chaos after the pandemic. Since everyone wants a conference room to attend their meetings which ended up in a lot of mess. AskCody neatly handles this with intelligent booking software which integrates with Outlook and properly books rooms to avoid conflicts between the co-workers.

**What do you like best about AskCody?**

Its very easy to use. It makes booking meeting rooms, giving access and scheduling  very easy. It also shows the layouts. Visitor management has also become easy with it.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

If they can share an interactive and easy dashboard, that would be great. Adding notifications  and real time changes on dashboard can be a plus for askcody. Rest everything is great.

Helping in booking meetins room. Managing visitors has become very easy with it. WFM has less workload now.

AskCody is the best in optimizing my meeting booking and management. This website and application is the best as what it does and is just the best example of professionalism.

Overall it might be the best and most professional platform for meeting made it's lowest point is the pricing in my opinion, prices should be more accesible nowadays.

It just works so well with meeting organization and also the information given by the application during the process and final analytics it gives are just great.

Easy to use, easy to train, easy to configure, right price, great account management and support team. Also, implementation with single sign on and Azure great and easy. Synchronization of all add-ins for outlook native and online easy and smooth.

Nothing at the moment. The transition to AskCody has been smooth .

Solving for requesting catering, resources, av support and visitors. Is helping us centralize these services into one provider.

ordering food and drinks via outlook. Registration of guests and sending a message to the person who is to receive the guest. Keeps track of our meeting rooms and shows if they are available via the meeting book screen

**What do you like best about AskCody?**

The people:  Every single person I've worked with at AskCody has been wonderful.     They are very responsive, super helpful and seem like they actually enjoy their work.

The product:  It's lightweight, performs well, had a great admin portal and dashboard.

The use:  We've been able to seamlessly replace our old solution with AskCody and have never regretted it.     AskCody allows our users to take ownership of their meeting management.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

Recurring meetings need a workaround with catering but this is something that sounds like it is on the roadmap.  We had so many unique rules that I don't even dislike that I need to workaround for catering but had to write something.

**Recommendations to others considering AskCody:**

It's a great tool.    It's fairly easy to setup and really easy to intergrate into your environment.     Plus the AskCody adoption team is fantastic.  Ask for Colleen to be on your account.

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A better room management system for our multi-office firm.   Realizing what rooms we utilize and when.    Helping put room booking power into the hands of the people who use the rooms.

Easy of use, the fact that there is not a portal that users need to access, it is right in Outlook

I am still lacking the feature to book a reoccurring meeting at multiple locations and add services for each location. And we do want SSO for the portal so it is easier for our admin.

**What do you like best about AskCody?**

I LOVE that AskCody is integrated with Outlook. It makes reserving, editing and canceling reservations so quick and easy. The interface is very easy to use and is so customizable to our needs. I love that we can make it our own and customize our rooms, vendors, and services from the Admin side. From the user perspective I love how quick and easy it is to make a reservation and to filter room options down to the elements that I need for any given meeting. It is very customizable and adaptable based on the size, location, and technology that I need for room reservation which is great especially since we have conference rooms in multiple offices. My absolute favorite part of switching over to AskCody for our Room Reservation System is working with Colleen Sickles. She has been such a great resource and has been there at every turn as we have implemented this program in our organization. She always keeps us up to date on the questions or tickets that we have with AskCody, and  has been an invaluable resource for us. Colleen always has a positive approach and provides fantastic troubleshooting and training to our group as we continue to integrate AskCody to our firm. She is a delight to work with an has made this transition so seamless for us.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

One downside of AskCody is not being able to order services to reoccuring meetings. Reoccuring meetings is something that we do a lot of and I think that having that feature would be valuable for the platform. I also wish there was a way to edit or remove other people's meetings or to be able to edit or remove meetings made from a shared calendar, sometimes when people are out of the office or need somoene to step in, it can be helpful to have other to access those meetings as needed and update the requests. Otherwise, I really love AskCody and have found it to be extemley user friendly. It is a change from what we are used to, and there have been some growing pains on how we want to customize and use it for our organization, but I think that those things will get ironed out as we continue to use AskCody more and more as a whole.

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One great problem that we have been able to solve is to move everything to Outlook. In the past, we would use our old reservation system to book a room and then have to go into Outlook to send messages to our providers with our specific needs, and create calendar invites for our attendees. If anything changed in the booking, we would have to go in and update all of our emails and Outlook information. AskCody has really centralized everything for us and saved us time. I also think that we are utilizing rooms more efficiently based on booking a room on the capacity that it can hold, etc.

This system has drastically reduced duplicated room bookings.

I can't look at past dates in Central. My users can't use services if they book recurring events. I can't tell when someone uses AskCody when they book their room. Too many confirmation emails. I can't load photos of room setups or provide more details without creating a URL link.

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prevents double booking of rooms. It provides a better way of monitoring all of our conference rooms and services. It provides flexibility in how we design our booking and services template.

**What do you like best about AskCody?**

In Bestseller we use AskCody for booking and for visitor registration in several of our offices. 
The integration works perfectly well with 365 and the users need minimal training as it is very easy to use. 
The visitor registration system is working perfectly for our receptions and includes very useful statistics that allow them to organize the meeting rooms available. 
When there is any little issue, they have a fantastic Support service.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

Nothing major to say.
We do miss some usage statistics, but AskCody is adding more and more so I hope we will have them soon.

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using AskCody mainly for meeting room bookings and visitor registration. 
During the bookings, AskCody helps quickly finding the perfect meeting room to fulfill the requirements for each specific meeting, filtering by locations, purpose, and even equipment within the room. 
Our receptionists find its visitor registration features very helpful and easy to use, as it sends automatic check in messages to both visitor and host and also includes some usage statistics that allow them to easily reorganize the available meeting rooms.

Vivabolig has been using Askcody's Meeting Room Booking system for Office365 for 4 years now, in that time span we've had one issue which was fixed in a matter of minutes by AskCody support. the apps have been running 24/7 without any downtime.

The integration to Office365 ressource mailboxes and calendars works without any issue

nothing bad to say really, I've tried many meeting room solutions and Askcody is by far the most complete and stable solution on the market.

AskCody is an excellent meeting management platform that is very easy to use, making it very user-friendly. 100% cloud based and therefore absolutely up-to-date. The support is also excellent and very customer-friendly oriented. Very professional.

There are some translation errors into German, but the team is trying to fix them as soon as possible.

Scheduling meetings was previously quite tedious and unnecessarily time consuming. With AskCody, meeting management becomes much more efficient, simple and cost-effective.

Companies are so different and so are there needs.
AC has through the years had big difficulties understanding the difference in the needs of bigger companies compared to small business.
AC started their business turning to smaller conpanies and have had difficulties in meetings our needs.
But it gets better :)

**What do you like best about AskCody?**

I enjoy how easy it is to use. We have integrated AskCody with our Outlook mail and you can book a room directly from the meeting invitation. You can select all the features you need for the room to have, such as laptop sharing, if the room has a camera for video calls, number of attendees, etc. and it will filter through all the available rooms and give you the available options. On the other side of the spectrum, for those that are always on the move or like to have spontaneous meetings, you can book a room directly from the tablets displayed at each door. You can select the amount of time needed and just click book and your room is reserved for you. Hassle free.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

I have not experienced any issues with AskCody.

We've had really good experiences with AskCody. They've simplified and made our ability to book rooms and meetings seamless. To anyone struggling with issues on booking room, such as double booking,

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AskCody has removed any issues we had with booking rooms. We used to have daily arguments over double booked rooms; now those are completely eliminated. There is no need for arguments anymore since the tablets display exactly who has the room.

You can book a room directly from the meeting invitation or if you see a room is available. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Love that AskCody is built into Outlook, when we were looking at deploying very few companies had that. They were very helpful during deployment and even sent someone out to help with training and adoption.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

There are some limitation to the software and it isn't as customization as other systems out there. I have also found there to be a lot of transition in the customer success managers which takes time to catch up new staff.

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think one of the major problems we have had is using the analytics. Out organization has a lot of recurring meetings and there aren't captured in the reports. We have also found that the reports only work around half of the time. That being said - the analytics have proven to be very useful (capacity, utilization) I just wish that they were more accurate.

The AskCody solution has reduced meeting room conflicts and eased the burden on IT. We no longer have to resolve disputes about who booked a room.

The Activity View (Overall Schedule) could use some more work and allow more flexibility.

The solution will most definitely solve many issues and requires little attention. Once implemented and proper training has been done, the solution runs on its own.

The solution gives clear visibility at each room (Using tablet solution from Glorystar) with current and future scheduling visible, the ability to book rooms on demand and showing users attending the meeting are key benefits. The metrics provided are outstanding as they give us clear insight on meeting room usage.

Just as easy at it is to get started with AskCody its is, then sometimes it feels like the articles and solutions only takes you halfway there as "this is so easy to do  for us who know the product by heart that we leave some details out" kinda feeling.

Ask Cody service is smoother than many others in the business, Registration of guests makes the first step into the BESTSELLER office easy and professional. The look and ease of using Ask Cody introduces the customer to our simple and effective ways of working and allows us – here at the front desk – more room to interact with the customers.

The only thing that i foresee is approval hierarchy, there are few Boardroom we want that people should not book it directly until and unless the secretory of CEO approves it.

Since we have 30 meeting rooms and initially booking was really mess and horrible to handle it, after askcody its really solve our biggest headache in simple words "Easy to book the meeting rooms, and very neat and clean Everything was simple and organized".

Easy set up and use. As an o365 admin implementing the solution was quite easy and using the solution is very easy too, intuitive and clean.

Management console. For instance calendars and resources can be created simultaneously, also a way to bulk action all the resources as I did not enable analytics on each resource so had to go back and do it for each of our 300+ resources. The admin part can also be implemented into a "single" manager.

Our user base are quite happy with the tool, allowing them to book conference rooms for colleagues in other offices which solved the problem that sometimes the attendees forgot to book a meeting room for themselves.

Moving into a new city hall meant 650 collegues had to learn new ways of cooperation. AskCody were the only solution to offer the flexibility we were looking for. 
As a public office we had, and still have, the need to meet the demands from both the public and our co-workes, to ensure meeting ressources are avalible at all times 

Implementing Askcody is a straight forward procedure and can be done in a relative short time. After that the system saves your organisation time from the start, searching for ressources and ordering different kinds of services.

Using AskCody finding and booking meeting rooms is easy, and there can never be an issue with double booking or discusions about who has the meeting room - AskCody never lies, when you use AskCody, you have the room. 

For us It's an integrated part of Outlook now and it takes less than 15 min. to learn how to get started.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

As an administrator, I find that the app dosen't work well with our meeting room screens. (this can be due to the fact that we use Ipads for meeting room screens) If the Ipad looses internet connection or for some odd reason runs out of power, a restart is needed. In cases like this, the app is not intutive enough and people can end up pressing the wrong button which means that the license key has to be rewritten on the Ipad.

Get started, the sooner the better - we like this product very much, i'm sure you will too

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spend finding meeting rooms is reduced to an absolute minimum, frustrations concerning lack off ressources are obsolete. We have a range of meeting rooms for our social workers - they wanted these room kept out of the booking system for people that suddently needed attention. 
That flexibility gives our social workers peace of mind and less concerns and there fore better posibility to serve people with special needs.

AskCody was easy to manage and provided smooth operation for the administrator and the end users on the iPad. It was simple to set up and to connect our rooms, and the end users were thrilled to be able to readily book a room on demand and to see when and where they could find space to collaborate. Furthermore, the ActivityView display on our interactive monitors gave staff a real-time, at-a-glance view of where they could sit down and get started working together immediately.

**What do you dislike about AskCody?**

As a company running on GSuite, their product is not as robust as it is for Microsoft Exchange users. It would also be helpful to be able to better customize the tablet screen for each room. 

**What problems is AskCody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company had struggled with the use of our rooms, including having folks overstay their booked time and those who booked rooms but never used them. Not only did the Meeting Room display hold folks accountable for those missed meetings and make rooms available when no one checked in, it also increased the use of our space in measurable ways. We were able to maximize our space as we grew almost 100%, allowing staff to collaborate seamlessly and increase integrity around the use of our conference rooms.

AskCody made scheduling meetings at the office easy and efficient. Transitioning to AskCody was a seamless process made possible by the fantastic team at AskCody. When new updates are available, they let us know. Any issues that arise, they are quick to respond.

Right now, we can't schedule rooms from delegate's calendars. Since our admin team uses AskCody, it would be more convenient for us to have this function.

At the office, we are improving communication between our LA and NY offices. When both receptionist know what meetings to expect, we are better at our jobs and better prepared for any small things that may arise.

We are using several solutions from Askcody with great satisfaction, where data from Exchange/Outlook makes several guiding displays in connection with our meetings. In 2019 we have started using Meeting+ as the system to handle canteen orders, so the ordering process is done from the meeting booking in Outlook and our kitchen and economic department access the orders through a login to Askcody. I can only give Askcody 5 stars and my recommendation.

We have had a long and good relation with Askcody for over 5 years, where we have had wishes to the system and over things have been added over time, so as so we don’t have dislikes. 😊
