Aprimo has really impressed me in several ways. Since my team started using it, we’ve been able to centralize all our important digital assets (images, videos, documents), which used to be scattered across different folders, servers, or platforms. This has greatly improved our efficiency — finding content is no longer a struggle.
The metadata and organization features are excellent. You can classify assets with different tags and custom taxonomies, which makes finding exactly what you need much faster.
I also like the internal collaboration tools — you can review, approve, and share content easily among team members. This has reduced errors and delays that used to happen while waiting for approvals.
Another strong point is its scalability. In my organization, we handle multiple brands and external partners across different regions, and Aprimo has handled large volumes of content and users very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aprimo is powerful but not very easy to learn at first. The interface can feel a bit complex, and customer support isn’t always as fast as expected.
It’s also on the expensive side, which might be a challenge for smaller companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
