Aprimo continues to impress with their innovation and commitment to delivering new functionality that truly meets our business needs. One of the things I value most about the platform is how intuitive it is for our user community—adoption has been seamless, and the interface feels modern and easy to navigate.
From a management perspective, Aprimo gives us the power to configure the application ourselves without relying on expensive consulting fees. The UI-based configuration is a huge advantage, allowing us to manage and customize the system without the need for coding expertise.
The workflow tool is another incredible feature. It strikes the difficult balance between structure and flexibility—offering the ability to implement strict controls when required, while also enabling more free-flowing, less restrictive processes depending on the use case.
Aprimo’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution is increasingly innovative, with a modern look and an incredible amount of flexibility. On top of that, the AI capabilities they’re introducing are game-changing, and it’s exciting to see them continue to expand and invest in this space.

While I truly value Aprimo and the innovation they bring to the table, one area I feel has been lacking since 2020 is the absence of their larger customer and product conferences. They have started offering more regional events, which are a step in the right direction, but I believe the broader conferences were an incredible benefit that set them apart from competitors—many of whom have already resumed hosting these gatherings.
These conferences weren’t just about product updates; they were opportunities to dive deeper into the application, share ideas, and collaborate with other companies. They helped foster a strong sense of community, with networking that extended well beyond the event itself. They also provided a structured way for like verticals to come together, align on priorities, and present Aprimo with a consolidated view of enhancement needs, which was very powerful.
