Almost all of our experience so far as been through our contact, Ratnadeep Dasgupta. He has been a phenomenal help in getting our two new systems, our ERP and our website, integrated. He is quick, efficient, and responsive to our needs, and has displayed a high quality of work throughout this project. He has also been very good about explaining how the integration works in a way we understand. While we've had very limited exposure to the product directly, we've been very impressed with the flexibility of the configurations Ratnadeep has been able to get set up for us, including adding logic and calculations to our field mapping. I don't really have a lot negative to say, but if I were to choose one thing, I would say that the interface when logging in as a user is a bit overwhelming for someone who doesn't have expertise in this area or experience with the product. We've only recently gotten to logging in and viewing the connections Ratnadeep has set up recently, so part of my answer I'm sure can be attributed to it still being unfamiliar to me.
