After 5 years we have decided to replatform to Shopify and we needed a new connector to our SAPB1. After a lot of research we decided to partner with Appseconnect. The implementation took more than we expected, but now that we have the connection between Shopify and SAPB1 it was well worth it. The interface and functionality compared to our previous connector is a big improvement. The service and attention that we got through the implementation was top notch. If you can articulate exactly how you want the sync to work and articulate all the exceptions to the rules, then you'll be happy with the service and price. I will admit it took some time to get us to this point where everything is stable **What do you dislike about APPSeCONNECT?** Some drawbacks like time zone differences and staying on top of their support team are a little troublesome. I believe their staff has too many companies to manage under their belt. For example, I noticed a UI change on their portal and some functions stopped working for us (probably from quite a few companies as well). It took a long time for my contact to find a solution to rebuild functionality. It took them two years to get our tracking numbers from shopify to sync correctly. This is basic stuff. It took them 3 months to fix a simple address syncing problem. I would check in on them frequently and they would simply ignore me. In my opinion it is less work to manually enter the orders than it is to try and work with these folks. In the middle of the two years it took to get the tracking number fixed, they informed me a price increase on their product of more than 100%. They stated it was because they were doing such a good job. I pointed out what a horrible job they were actualy doing and they were only willing to lower the price slightly. It's still much higher than they sold me in the begining. So I have to deal with terrible customer service and they jack up the price.
