Almost all of our experience so far as been through our contact, Ratnadeep Dasgupta. He has been a phenomenal help in getting our two new systems, our ERP and our website, integrated. He is quick, efficient, and responsive to our needs, and has displayed a high quality of work throughout this project. He has also been very good about explaining how the integration works in a way we understand. While we've had very limited exposure to the product directly, we've been very impressed with the flexibility of the configurations Ratnadeep has been able to get set up for us, including adding logic and calculations to our field mapping. I don't really have a lot negative to say, but if I were to choose one thing, I would say that the interface when logging in as a user is a bit overwhelming for someone who doesn't have expertise in this area or experience with the product. We've only recently gotten to logging in and viewing the connections Ratnadeep has set up recently, so part of my answer I'm sure can be attributed to it still being unfamiliar to me. Areas for improvement in APPSeCONNECT include the accuracy of error reporting, as some error messages are not precise. In retry scenarios, the system continues to surface the initial error instead of the updated status, which can be misleading. In some cases, records are marked as successful even though they have actually failed. I really appreciate the minimal response time from the consultants and lead engineers at APPSeCONNECT. They are exceptionally quick and efficient, always ready to solve problems on the go, which is crucial during challenging integration tasks such as those involved in merger and acquisition activities. Their way of working doesn't resemble a typical software house; instead, it's very agile and nimble, which makes the collaboration smooth and friendly. Moreover, I find their services quite affordable, adding to the overall value they offer. I appreciate APPSeCONNECT for its ability to connect with a wide range of ERP solutions, which was a critical factor in our decision to choose it. The implementation team was notably flexible and responsive, adapting well to our needs and ensuring a smooth integration process. Even though the solution can seem rigid in certain scenarios, the team and I managed to overcome these limitations with some adjustments. I found that the out-of-the-box standard process flows did not cover our complex needs. We needed to do a lot of customizing to address these issues, which took almost 9 months to get right. It was challenging to adjust ERP processes and APPSeCONNECT flows, and we had to rely on internal development to manage technical triggers to capture all changes in our ERP system. I like the clear knowledge that our consultant had with Shopify, our eCommerce, and D365, our ERP. THis knowledge allowed us to maximize our decisions and work through to resolution quickly any issue that arose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In our case having very little knowledge about Salesforce going into this integration between SAP Busines One and Salesforce it felt safe to have a partner that have this knowledge and experience. The journey stareted a bit bumpy, with long implementation and execution of the different process flows. A lot of changes in onboarding staff, with what seems to be a bit of lacking hand over from one to another. The monitoring of errors were non-existent in that phase of the project. APPSeCONNECT was professional and incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.

They were extremely responsive and got back to us with answers or solutions that were needed. They took time not only to train us but to put in writing what was needed to be done.

My experience with APPSeCONNECT for the integration between SAP Business One and BigCommerce B2B Edition has been overall positive. The APPSeCONNECT team has always been available, courteous, and open to dialogue, providing solutions even in non-standard situations. Pricing is competitive and consistent with the level of service provided. I especially appreciated their flexibility: support is never lacking until the final result and go-live are achieved.

I would like to give a special mention to Sakshi Singh, who has always been extremely polite, professional, and patient throughout the project. Her availability and expertise have been fundamental support—she has been able to guide and assist us even in the most complex situations, playing a decisive role in achieving our goals. That said, it is also fair to point out some critical aspects. The integration is complex and, on the client side, requires in-depth knowledge of both SAP and BigCommerce; without these technical skills, timelines can be significantly extended. APPSeCONNECT provides a robust API integration service, but it doesn't know all the specific requirements of the platforms involved in advance. Therefore, it is necessary to work closely together, adapting the solution to the actual needs of the company.

In our case, the whole project took about a year to complete. APPSeCONNECT provides integration templates, but these are often not flexible enough for vertical or highly specific business scenarios: a substantial amount of customization is always required, which means additional time, resources, and investment. The tools provided by BigCommerce and APPSeCONNECT are effective, but not particularly user-friendly and require constant technical oversight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the ease of use and implementation of APPSeCONNECT, which makes integration a streamlined and fast procedure. The system's monitoring capability is extremely useful for effectively tracking operations. APPSeCONNECT provides a user-friendly integration suite with a graphical interface, making it easier to set up and manage workflows without deep coding knowledge. The platform comes with a learning curve and some complexities, similar to other no-code tools like MS Power Automate. Our initial progress was slow, but once a new onboarding manager took over, the project moved forward much faster. The support team has been responsive and helpful, addressing inquiries quickly and keeping the implementation on track.
