I appreciate APPSeCONNECT for its ability to connect with a wide range of ERP solutions, which was a critical factor in our decision to choose it. The implementation team was notably flexible and responsive, adapting well to our needs and ensuring a smooth integration process. Even though the solution can seem rigid in certain scenarios, the team and I managed to overcome these limitations with some adjustments. I value APPSeCONNECT as a reliable integration platform supported by a capable and adaptive team. It stands out as the only service provider connected to all of our ERPs and webshops, effectively covering all our integration needs. Additionally, APPSeCONNECT's adaptability to our complex requirements and its improvements to meet our specific needs highlight its utility and effectiveness as an integration platform. We needed to do a lot of customizing to address these issues, which took almost 9 months to get right. It was challenging to adjust ERP processes and APPSeCONNECT flows, and we had to rely on internal development to manage technical triggers to capture all changes in our ERP system. What do you dislike about APPSeCONNECT? The platform comes with a learning curve and some complexities, similar to other no-code tools like MS Power Automate. Our initial progress was slow, but once a new onboarding manager took over, the project moved forward much faster. The support team has been responsive and helpful, addressing inquiries quickly and keeping the implementation on track. However, one key limitation is the lack of documentation for the integration flow. Having clear specifications and detailed documentation would make it much easier for administrators to understand, customize, and maintain the integration independently. APPSeCONNECT automates critical business processes such as Sales Order creation in SAP, inventory synchronization from SAP ERP to WooCommerce, and updating WooCommerce Order status triggered by document creation in SAP. These automations significantly reduce manual operations, minimize human errors, and save us a large amount of time on daily tasks.
