What do you like best about APPSeCONNECT?

We engaged APPSeConnect to assist with the API integration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system with our eCommerce platform. While the initial phase of the project presented some challenges and took longer than anticipated to gain momentum, the experience significantly improved when we were assigned our new Senior Onboarding Consultant, Ratnadeep.

Ratnadeep's expertise, dedication, and responsiveness made a remarkable difference during the UAT and post-go-live phases. He consistently provided timely and effective support, addressing all our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. His troubleshooting skills were invaluable in resolving issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

Despite the complexities of the integration and the volume of troubleshooting required post-implementation, the APPSeConnect team remained committed, reliable, and efficient. The cloud-based platform itself is fairly easy to use and understand once it is built and configured, providing a user-friendly interface that streamlines business processes. We are extremely pleased with the service provided and particularly grateful for Ratnadeep's outstanding support throughout the process.

What do you dislike about APPSeCONNECT?

In meetings, one could hear other person voice, who is not part of the meeting. Advisable to sit in a dedicated meeting room, with only relevant team.

Mapping exercise undertaken was good, but it would have been good, if whole work flow/flow chart with all different scenarios were specified or tested before releasing for UAT.

No PM tool was used for tracking tasks/issues/etc.

No backup resource, if Ratnadeep was on leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
