Annum is a must-have tool for marketing communications teams. It's been a game-changer as we organize our content planning, strategy, and efforts. As with every other tool, there are always opportunities for improvement. A feature request to the Annum team (which they've graciously acknowledged), would be to "unselect" an individual channel at a time. This isn't a deal-breaker, as it's still immensely easy to use and navigate. However, we've found that kind of additional feature may be useful as well to help streamline our work. Annum has been integral to our marketing planning and strategy. It's easy to use and pre-built so we were able to get our marketing calendar up and running quick. By far, the biggest benefit of Annum is having a birdseye view of all marketing activities - and their associated costs. Annum allows us to manage ad spend and other marketing costs in one place. While Annum is a fantastic planning tool, it assumes that the user knows how to create a marketing plan. If you don't know how to approach marketing planning, you won't be able to fully appreciate what Annum can do.

I think integrating Annum with a reporting tool would be a great feature. Most marketers want to know how their marketing campaigns performed. At the St. Paul Area Chamber, we host nearly 100 events a year. Being able to strategically plan all of our marketing campaigns in one visually appealing tool has been a huge improvement and allows us to traffic manage so we aren't overwhelming our members with competing messages.
