What do you like best about Analytic Index?

It tracks essentially all keywords for any item, as opposed to competitors who only allow you to track 200 across all items

It can track best seller badge and amazon choice history

They can track promo activity in the market and tell me what are the top brands with the most promotions running

They track organic and paid item ranks for a keyword

They have a good knowledge base/glossary

They were complimentary on having a free test trial for a few months

You can schedule reports and export across various file types, even a PDF of the dashboard you see

The dashboard and filters are comprehensive, and while initially daunting, can end up being very powerful and flexible

Because there is direct connection or link with our organization (although there is an option), onboarding is easy and you can get up and running even with a trial version right away

They have three different plans to purchase for different case uses

What do you dislike about Analytic Index?

Doesn't track instock history or specific buy box/review text history

While they do track promotion type, they do not track coupons and they cannot track the specific promotion amount

There are lots of reports that are duplicative in nature

While the knowledge base leverages video for some topics, they should incorporate video trading on each report page for ease of use (look at Helium 10 as best-in-class

There is a firm and strict user limit and it is too small Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
