Ampler is a time-saving add-in for Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Features include &#39;Library&#39; which makes all your content directly available in all the programs, &#39;Charts&#39; which allows creation of beautiful charts including Gantt and Mekko charts, &#39;Signature management&#39; to easily distribute brand compliant signatures that adapt to season, time or Active Directory, and a treasure trove of other indispensable, time-saving functions. **What do you like best about Ampler?**

Ampler has completely transformed how we manage and create presentations at scale. The integration into PowerPoint is seamless and intuitive, enabling users of all skill levels to create on-brand materials without design experience or manual formatting. This has been key to reinforcing brand consistency across our teams.

The centralized content library ensures everyone is working from the most current and compliant slides, text elements, and visuals. Combined with features like Scan & Fix, it’s helped us eliminate hours of manual work by instantly detecting and correcting formatting, font, margin, and alignment issues—dramatically improving quality and speed.

From an operational perspective, Ampler has improved workflow efficiency across more than 21,000 users, supporting five sub-brands and over 10,000 library assets. The administrative tools—like template governance and version control—have made it easy to manage updates at scale.

Importantly, Ampler supports our strict enterprise security standards, allowing us to keep everything on-premise. With role-based access, version control, and SCCM-based update delivery, we maintain complete control over content and compliance while ensuring smooth user experiences.

What really stands out is how deeply Ampler has been adopted. It has become a daily tool across the organization—used for everything from team meetings to high-stakes executive presentations. Once users experience the ease and speed Ampler offers, they don't look back. It's not just a plugin; it's part of our presentation culture now.

Lastly, the support team at Ampler has been exceptional. Their guidance—from ribbon setup to rollout best practices—was critical to our success and continues to be an asset as we evolve.

**What do you dislike about Ampler?**

Initial configuration of the ribbon and library required a learning curve and close coordination with the support team. However, this was expected given our enterprise requirements, and Ampler provided excellent guidance throughout. Once configured, the platform runs smoothly.

**What problems is Ampler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ampler is solving several key challenges for us, most notably around presentation standardization, brand consistency, and productivity at scale. Before adopting Ampler, our teams struggled with outdated templates, inconsistent formatting, and time-consuming manual design fixes. With Ampler, we’ve streamlined the entire presentation workflow.

Now, every team—from marketing to compliance—can create presentations that are not only visually aligned with our brand guidelines but also compliant with regulatory standards. The centralized content library and role-based access mean that employees always use the most recent, approved assets. We’ve also cut down the time spent on formatting thanks to the Scan & Fix feature, which automatically corrects margins, fonts, and layout inconsistencies.

The benefit? Fewer support tickets, faster document turnaround, and more time spent on messaging rather than formatting. Ampler allows us to scale our brand and content management without burdening IT or design resources, which has had a measurable impact on productivity and user satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Ampler?**

After several years of daily use, Ampler has become an indispensable part of my workflow. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it integrates into Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. The Library feature is a game-changer: having instant access to branded slides, templates, and assets directly within Office saves hours every week and ensures visual consistency across all communications. The Charts module is another standout. Being able to quickly create perfect looking charts visuals to present data, whether it's stacked bars, Gantt, Mekko graphs, or waterfall charts, Ampler makes it incredibly easy to build professional-grade visualizations without the usual formatting headaches. It even converts Think-cell charts into Ampler format, which is a huge plus for anyone transitioning from legacy tools.
Ampler also shines in email signature management where we've deployed it across the teamj. The ability to centrally manage and distribute brand-compliant email signatures that adapt to context, season, geography, etc. and that updated directly fron the AD is super practical and key for regulated industries.
What truly sets Ampler apart is their attention to detail and commitment to user experience. It’s not just a productivity tool—it’s a platform that elevates the quality of work while reducing friction. I’ve seen firsthand how it helps teams stay aligned, save time, and produce better outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Ampler?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the onboarding experience for new users. While the platform is intuitive for seasoned professionals, first-time users might benefit from more interactive tutorials or guided walkthroughs to unlock its full potential faster. But to be honest, this is more about some new users also having to learn when to use which visual, etc. 
This is a very minor point in an otherwise stellar experience. Ampler continues to evolve and improve, and the team delights with new stuff on an ongoing basis.

**What problems is Ampler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ampler solves a host of everyday productivity challenges in working in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
Before adopting Ampler, I spent countless hours formatting slides, hunting for brand-compliant templates, fixing inconsistencies in documents, etc.
Ampler completely transformed that experience.
Ampler elimites formatting frustrations: With Ampler’s intelligent tools like Scan & Fix, I no longer worry about misaligned elements, inconsistent bullet styles, or outdated references. The platform automatically detects and corrects these issues, ensuring every document and presentation is polished and professional.
Ampler manages our centralized content and ensures that everything is brand compliant: The Library feature is a lifesaver. It gives me instant access to pre-approved slides, icons, shapes, and even external content from our SharePoint. This ensures that everything I create is on-brand and visually consistent, without needing to search or recreate assets from scratch, and with no turn time (vs. working with an external agency).
Ampler makes charting up data simple: Ampler Charts is a standout. Much better that other tools I have used (Thinkcell and Mekkographics). Creating Gantt, waterfall, and Mekko charts used to be a pain—now it’s intuitive and fast. I can apply decorators, adjust layouts, and link data from Excel, all within PowerPoint. This has elevated the quality of my presentations and made insights easier to communicate data and present insights.

- Very comprehensible user manual, continuous development, and very accessible support for questions

Some functions are not yet perfect, and a few useful additions are still missing - however, noticeable work is being done on it and the development team is very open to feedback.

**What problems is Ampler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ampler assists with the efficient creation and editing of MS Office files (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ...). Additionally, the library function allows for the easy provision of templates for the entire company or optionally for individually definable teams.

**What do you like best about Ampler?**

Ampler has been a game-changer. It has revolutionized how we create, manage, and deliver branded content in PowerPoint by streamlining access to standardized slides, templates, and pitch materials. My team uses it daily. The intuitive interface, smart charts, and embedded content libraries—both out-of-the-box and customizable—have dramatically reduced inefficiencies and elevated the quality of our client-facing materials. 

Ampler has also proven to be cost-effective, offering flexible licensing options that make it scalable across teams and delivering a strong return on investment.

Since its rollout, Ampler has evolved our user experience across teams, enabling faster production, better consistency, and more confident delivery. What began as a pilot quickly gained traction, with leadership support accelerating its adoption. The implementation, onboarding and training support were excellent, with dedicated training sessions and responsive guidance throughout. Their technical team collaborated directly with our IT department to integrate the product into systems and to establish a tailored support strategy. The shift with Ampler is not just a technical upgrade, but a cultural and operational transformation.

While any product always has room for development, the current out-of-the-box solution Ampler offers is spot on. Our team has inquired about enhancements, and all have been in their development pipeline, and many have already been pushed out.

**What problems is Ampler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ampler is solving two areas of improvement for our firm
1. Consistent content delivery with best practice decks and slides for pitching new business
2. User efficiency and graphic consistency within PowerPoint. Time is our most valuable asset and Ampler is saving hours each week for each user who consistently creates and edits client deliverables.

We’ve had a great experience with Ampler. Our journey began with the implementation of Chrats, which delivered significant cost savings compared to Think-cell. Encouraged by that success, we moved forward with the full suite of Ampler tools, and the results have been excellent.

One of the standout features of Ampler is how easily it enables us to provide our users with access to our corporate visual identity. The tools are intuitive and well-integrated, making it simple to maintain brand consistency across presentations and documents without the usual complexity.

Ampler is a smaller company, and that’s part of its strength—they’re incredibly agile and responsive. Their support team is fast, helpful, and adapts quickly to our needs, which has made the rollout smooth and efficient.

**What do you like best about Ampler?**

Ampler has everything I need when creating slides or financial models. The Library allows me to quickly find and reuse content, the productivity tools saves me hours each week, and the chart tool is great for presenting data-based insight. 

When setting up Ampler initially I had a few questions. The support team quickly helped me with the setup via a Teams call.

**What do you dislike about Ampler?**

Initially, Ampler was a bit overwhelming due to its many features, however, after investing a bit of time in watching video tuturials and going though the user guides I got up to speed.

**What problems is Ampler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ampler helps me save time when creating management and board presentations.

**What do you like best about Ampler?**

Helps save significant time in creating new presentations as well as making adjustments to existing ones. Is a great tool to ensure we remain on brand across the company and ensure that everyone is equipped with the latest and greatest presentations, etc. Excellent onboarding and support from the commercial team and customer success made implementation a breeze. It was straightforward to integrate with PowerPoint and onboard our existing assets.

**What do you dislike about Ampler?**

A better iOS application would be good and more frequent updates to the Ampler templates.

**What problems is Ampler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduce time used on creating new decks and maintaining existing ones.
Ensure we remain on brand across the organization
Ensure everyone has access to the latest presentations and assets.

There are couple more that could be automated such as table style like Marvin table which could be automated and library is not quite updated

Spend less time on PPT. Make ppt slides very professional in a nick of time.
