**What do you like best about Ambition?**

I like that Ambition has become more customizable on both a rep & team level. I like how the data seems to populate quicker than in the past. This gives you real-time, accurate statistics. There is also more fields in your profile now like Accolades and a Live Feed. Honestly, there hasn't been a ton added to it since I've used Ambition. That isn't a bad thing necessarily

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

Improved user interface year after year would be nice. Making it look a bit more modern could help. Other than that, keep adding necessary features when need arises. This tool hasn't changed since I started using it so I'd be curious to see how they are improving it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ambition:**

Before considering Ambition, make a list of what you are trying to accomplish by using this tool. It can do a lot to track metrics so you want to focus on what's most important to your organization.

**What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ambition helps me keep track of my daily sales activities. These activities can be hard to keep track of in a fast-paced environment where you are just focused on selling. This tool allows me to hold myself accountable and compare my effort compared to my peers.

Supports our business development side by client interaction and organization. We attended a webinar for Ambition and fell in love with the product so we decided to go for it and since then its helped our organization alot. I would recommend it, especially if your starting up a business.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

Very UK based and focused, here in the states it hurts us since support is only open for set hours. US times are very different than UK times, so we have needed support in the moment and our agent/team could not reach out to us.

**What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had a difficult time organizing the client base, now with ambition we have that program figured out. Organization of details such was very lacking through our previous program.

I really value the combination of real-time performance tracking and gamification in Ambition. The TV dashboards make metrics highly visible, and the leaderboard-style competition keeps the team motivated in a way that feels fun rather than forced. Additionally, the ease of initial setup, along with top-notch implementation and support, stands out to me.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

Dashboard visibility is great, but the TV display customization could be improved. It's not always straightforward to control how dashboards cycle or how often they appear. We've created team-specific dashboards as a workaround, but more flexibility and control here would enhance the experience.

I use Ambition to track sales performance metrics and reinforce accountability. It solves limited visibility into performance with real-time tracking and motivates the team through gamification, encouraging consistent effort without constant oversight.

**What do you like best about Ambition?**

I like the simplicity of synchronizing Ambition with Salesforce and how it allows me to set my goals and plan how I want to achieve them. It's really easy to navigate. Ambition saves quite a bit of headache and time by ensuring records are accurate, reflecting performance through synchronization with Salesforce. It efficiently takes away extra paperwork, making it easy to track things. The Microsoft single sign-on makes it easy to log in and integrate well.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

I think the biggest thing is the mobile platform. I know the desktop system works really well. But if there was an application that we were able to use as an organization, it would make my life a lot easier because we're always on the go and not every time we're gonna be in front of our laptop when our management asks to update our Ambition.

I use Ambition to track goals with my manager, helping me stay on pace and compare progress over time. It highlights areas to enhance efficiency, reduces paperwork by centralizing records, and synchronizes with Salesforce to save time and maintain accurate data.

Ambition makes it really clear where I stand and what I need to focus on. Instead of guessing how I’m doing or waiting for a pipeline review, I can see my progress in real time and understand how my daily activity is tracking toward my goals.

The leaderboards and competitions add a fun, motivating element without feeling forced. They create healthy competition and keep momentum high, especially during longer sales cycles.

I also like that Ambition ties performance metrics directly to what leadership cares about. It helps me prioritize the right activities and stay aligned with expectations, rather than chasing vanity metrics.

Overall, although Ambition has the potential to be a strong motivator and an effective performance tool, some representatives find that it can create additional pressure or distractions, particularly when the metrics do not fully reflect the realities of their daily sales activities.

From a sales rep’s perspective, Ambition helps solve a lot of the day-to-day uncertainty that comes with selling. Instead of wondering whether I’m on track to hit my number, I can see my progress against goals in real time and make adjustments early if I’m behind. It clarifies what I should focus on by showing which activities actually matter, so I’m not guessing where to spend my time. During slower weeks, the visibility and friendly competition help keep me motivated and consistent, even when deals aren’t closing yet. Currently, for Vertical partners, the data isn't populating correctly as it's pulling from SFDC 1.0 which is only being used by part of the population of sellers and the early adopters of SFDC 2.0 are grappling with the lack of seamless functionality as we navigate who's working on which accounts with which leaders.

It just gives me an in-depth insight into how my time is being spent and of course production tracking. Ultimately, it allows me to focus in on certain areas that may be able to help me increase my production.

It's great that you can set it up once and have it repeatedly send out messages, GIFs, or notices every single day.

Maybe the navigation of how to create challenges could be a little better improved and easier flow, as well as setting up individual goals. For people on my team, it's important that these are easy to measure and pop up on the Slack feed.

The birds eye view of my stats and where I rank against my peers and where I need to focus. The anthems that go off are very motivating and bring the group together.

When creating comps it can be hard to find a balance when people are out of town or if people have different schedules. That or we just have not figured it out.

Ambition keeps me on track with my daily activities. At times, I can become distracted while making phone calls. The accountability in Ambition keeps me focused. I'm also slightly competitive and like to see where I am placing on the team. This is also a good way for me to see if i should make any adjustments to my tasks.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

The only down side and this isn't really an Ambition issue, would be how the negative results might affect someone and discourage them. Someone who strives to be the best might be negatively impacted by not being the best. Like I said, not really an Ambition issue!

Ambition helps me stay focused and aware of my standings on the team. The more motivated I am, the more effective I am in sharing our product/service. This beneifts me financially.

When we brought Ambition on at Lync Logistics, we had immediate engagement with our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

There is a good amount of back end work during the set up process.  With that said Ambition provided all the support we needed to get everything set up very quickly.

**What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ambition automatically keeps our salespeople updated on their KPI's in real time.  The gamefication and engagement is a huge bonus for us.  Each rep knows how they stack up with the other reps continually.  New customer acquision and growth  has noticibly increased since we started using Ambition.

**What do you like best about Ambition?**

It's easy to see where I stand on my KPI's on a daily and monthly basis.  It's something I use everyday, throughout the course of the day to track myself.  I can see where I stand compared to other teammates in a vast number of categories.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

The one thing that I'd have to say I dislike, is the updating isn't always instantaneous, and that could just be a communication thing from Salesforce to Ambition, and not on Ambition solely.

**What do you like best about Ambition?**

It is really helpful to have one dashboard to look at for both personal and team metrics. It helps me pace out my day and also keep track of important KPI's for myself and my team.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

I think ambition is really solid. It's got plenty of customizable options for metrics. I don't dislike anything about it. Maybe a couple more display options like rings or something could be helpful but overall I really like it.

Right now Ambition serves as a metric tracker for our SDR team as well as a gameification device and leaderboard to show where everyone is at. The personal anthems GIFS are a fun way to celebrate individual performance.

I like that with ambition you have such a range of motion with customizations and the way that the system connects with all of our other working platforms as well!

I find that sometimes there is a bit of a lag time between activity and it being displayed on Ambition.

Do it! It has helped our team and organization. The higher-ups have a great gauge on how the sales team is doing with just a quick daily Ambition check.

The problem that Ambition is solving for us is to have a friendly competition atmosphere in our workplace! It is so fun to see everyone compete against each other in activity scores and calls made, while still reaching the same goal. Makes for hard workers!

My favourite thing about Ambition is the competition element that is included in it's functionality. This provides the team with extra motivation to drive results.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

Sometimes I find the data to be slightly inaccurate and I believe that this may be due to the connection between the different platforms that we use. More attention to the compatible programmes may be necessary.

Previously, it was hard to quantify the performance of the team and that led to issues with motivation and encouragement. Now, with Ambition, we can detect where the areas of improvement are and work together to achieve this.

The dashboard is easy to understand. You have graphs and numbers that clearly show your KPI's. The filters are easy to find and apply. It's great to see your team's score and the competitions through Ambition.

The weeks are calendar weeks and so the scoring period is different than the one we use in the company. It'd be great to set default period (week) to our company fiscal week instead of the default calendar week.

I see the KPI's quickly to get a snapshot of where I am and what I should be shooting for to be more successful at what I do. I feel Ambition is one tool that helps lift my vision, keeping goals in sight.

I like using ambition because it helps me keep track of my progress and goals throughout each month and still allows me to use previous numbers in reference to measuring growth and progress. I really enjoy its user-friendly interface and how many metrics you have the ability to see throughout your work process.

I'd say the only thing I don't like about ambition is maybe figuring out how to compare metrics between markets on the same page rather than having to jump between pages within ambition.

Ambition is helping us to track our daily tasks as well as our progress within our monthly goals. It also helps us to make plans for our days and weeks, as well as continue to progress through our month, in order to hit all of our goals. Being able to see your work and your colleague's work over the months and years. I also particularly enjoy seeing your work throughout the day transfer over to points and creating a competition with the rest of your team.

The only thing I would say I kind of dislike is the fact the delay with imported contacts. The only reason I say this is because I don't see too many faults with the system so this would be my only complaint and it's a stretch.

Ambition allows you to track how your company is doing and the areas they need to improve on. For example, last quarter I was able to track both my strengths and my weaknesses and work on improving in those areas.

Ambition does a good job tracking goals, leaderboards, sales, and more. It easily syncs up to SalesForce so that there is little to no interaction with the system.

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

The fact that there is no interaction with the system causes the average end user to not really pay much attention to Ambition aside from when required. Other gamification platforms drive more engagement, reward opportunities, and fun.

**What problems is Ambition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an end user, Ambition is not doing much to solve any of my own problems. There are, of course, some interactions built into it to encourage friendly competition, but that's about it. We have recently started sales coaching strategies inside of Ambition; however, it is a bit more convoluted than previous approaches.

It sometimes lags if i am making multiple calls and dials at one specific time or if lots of people on my team are on at once. I would appreciate if the system updated a little bit faster.

It solves the issue of having to manually track my dials and talk time. I can focus on my work and it allows me to be more productive during my work days! I appreciate that i dont even have to think about this at all!

Ambition helps me and others on my team (and other roles) easily understand how productive we are being in a day/week/month etc. by automatically associating sales activity and leading indicators (such as meetings booked) as points on a leaderboard. It's far more interactive and easy to track performance than using something like Salesforce dashboards. It's a fun tool!

**What do you dislike about Ambition?**

This isn't negative criticism per se, but their app look and feel is definitely different from other technologies. As in, you're going to see some navigation and UI differences from other tools that use more universally common product features and workflows.

Ambition harnesses sales teams competitiveness and always lets everyone know where they stand for the day. It's an easy solution for leadership to keep a watchful eye on rep's activity and leading indicators.
