"Ambition Makes Performance Tracking Engaging, But UI Could Be Smoother"

What do you like best about Ambition?

I’ve found Ambition to be a really helpful tool for tracking performance and having more meaningful feedback sessions with my manager. It makes it easy to review progress, understand where I’m excelling, and identify areas for improvement in real time. I also like that it keeps goals transparent and helps align my day-to-day activities with team and company objectives. What do you dislike about Ambition?

One thing I’d like to see improved is the user interface — it can feel a bit cluttered at times, and finding specific metrics or past feedback isn’t always as intuitive as it could be. Streamlining navigation or adding clearer summaries would make the experience even better.

Ambition helps solve the challenge of staying consistently aligned on performance goals and expectations. Before using it, it was easy for progress updates or feedback to get lost in day-to-day work. It also helps bridge communication between myself and my manager.
