Along Space is an experiment we did, currently we are doing many activities and tasks in a manual way. As we are a small firm depending on digital sales room was an experiment step. I can say we succeeded in that we increased sales by 30% around and setting up best practices for onboarding and digital sales room. UI is simple and videos are there for easy implementation. At first, I didn’t understand the product, but after exploring and asking many questions before purchasing, the team—especially Fred—was very helpful and approachable. The UI is simple, intuitive, and keeps everything organized in one place for easy access. What impressed me the most was the customer status feature, which helps my sales team pitch with the right data to close deals more effectively. Lastly, the responsive support team and ongoing improvements gave me confidence to invest in Along. It’s allowed me to create a repeatable sales process without being involved in every single deal. The logic behind is awesome. It solves one of the biggest problems i had in my sales cycle. Now everybody knows what to expect. Along is a great networking opportunity for our company Activate YES. We can create salesrooms for our products and we can also create individual or collective communication spaces for our customers. The memory capacity available for uploads could be bigger. We are working with bigger files (3D video, 3D photo and audio files). 3 GB in our program is not enough for uploads.
