## About Along
Along is a collaborative workspace for complex B2B sales. Like a virtual desk between sellers and buyers, the tool connects all stakeholders in a single interface. A shared task list (Mutual Action Plan) is used as a central guideline for all content as well as participants or other information of the deal. Using tracking and analytics, sales reps get completely new insights into the buyer behaviour and can better understand at which point they have to optimize or why prospects are churning. On top of that, the tool allows c-level managers to generate deeper knowledge about the performance of their own reps and use this information to build repeatable and scalable processes.

**What do you like best about Along?**

Along Space is an experiment we did, currently we are doing many activities and tasks in a manual way. As we are a small firm depending on digital sales room was an experiment step. I can say we succeeded in that we increased sales by 30% around and setting up best practices for onboarding and digital sales room. UI is simple and videos are there for easy implementation. Zapier is a plus for integration. Customer Support is really good as of now I didn't face any Issue. We are using almost every week for the performance.

**What do you dislike about Along?**

Currently only Few templates are available and we can completely customize as well, but new template addition would be better.

**What problems is Along solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is a Social Media marketing tool we do campaigns and pull leads from various sources. We create two major Along spaces now one for Pre sales and other one for onboarding and we are planning to create major for our business use cases. This approach saves time and keeps everything well-organizedOur many challenges is we are using manual approach and very tradition way to deal with clients, One recent feedback from one of customers the way we planned the approach make the customer a promising company. We are building a build and using platforms like Along makes it more strong presence in market.

**What do you like best about Along?**

At first, I didn’t understand the product, but after exploring and asking many questions before purchasing, the team—especially Fred—was very helpful and approachable. The UI is simple, intuitive, and keeps everything organized in one place for easy access. What impressed me the most was the customer status feature, which helps my sales team pitch with the right data to close deals more effectively. Lastly, the responsive support team and ongoing improvements gave me confidence to invest in Along. Zapier Integration is a plus and Implementation initially I had a struggle but later by understanding it is very east to and took less time if we have all resources and plan ready.

**What do you dislike about Along?**

Mobile App would be great addition and as well Live chat feature with customers would add an advantage.

**What problems is Along solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Cycle and Customer Onboarding Currently I am using Alongspace for this two process. May be I will implement more in future. Previously lot of manually efforts and attention required now with along I am saving a lot of time. My product has has good amount of documentation so I keep all at Along and customers are feeling handy.

User-Friendly Interface : I am really concerned about the UI and along is very simple User-Friendly Interface. 

Enhanced Collaboration: The platform consolidates all sales materials and communications, reducing the need for extensive email exchanges

Support is very good and the team helped me in onboarding over call and resolved my queries.

Sales have become more challenging these days, mainly because it's hard to understand what clients need and their journey. I used to manually follow up with clients to check if they were reviewing key materials. Now, I can store all essential documents for a seamless onboarding process. This save a lot of time and trust building was improved from clients

The easiness to work with and edit modules, use of visual elements like emojis, the possibility to add videos, photos and interactive features like follow-ups with deadlines.

Some unflexible modules, limited colors and fonts. Upload of videos from outside tools sometimes very limited in size.

**What problems is Along solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To have a space to get together all the information/business proposal and sharing it easily with the client/lead and the posibility that they can share it internally (instead of sending different emails with different materials like videos links, pfds, budget proposals). Besides, the tracking of the clients visits to the portal is also useful and gives us an idea of the lead interest in order to consider the best following steps/approach.

It’s allowed me to create a repeatable sales process without being involved in every single deal. I love how I can set up spaces that guide prospects through our materials and see when they’re engaging with key content. It’s like having a sales assistant that never sleeps.

I’d like a bit more flexibility in customizing the content layout, but the platform already does a great job of making things clear and easy to navigate.

The logic behind is awesome. It solves one of the biggest problems i had in my sales cycle. Now everybody knows what to expect. Julian personally helpmed go through the demo and i really think this is a new approach to sales. I can simly dublicate an alongspace for a new costumer change the contect accordingly and it is all set up. This is becoming a daily driver for me when managing the sales cycle.

**What do you like best about Along?**

Along is a great networking opportunity for our company Activate YES. We can create salesrooms for our products and we can also create individual or collective communication spaces for our customers. It is a great promotion, communication and market segmentation tool for us. We can track our communication in time.

**What do you dislike about Along?**

The memory capacity available for uploads could be bigger. We are working with bigger files (3D video, 3D photo and audio files). 3 GB in our program is not enough for uploads. We can publish only links for bigger files. At the same time, we understand, that the primary purpose of this app is not to store data.

Improving communication with our customers, networking, feedback to our products and services, promotion, increasing website traffic, market segmentation.

It was easy to set up, I tested creating an along space with a prospect and the deal closed in record time. I need more datapoints but it does not get much promissing than this.

I am not able to white lable it. But I heard from the founders that the whitelable version will come.

Along has transformed my sales process! It's reduced my sales cycles by cutting out all those endless email exchanges and enabling quick alignment among stakeholders to close deals efficiently. It's helped us gain a deeper understanding of our buyers and manage them proactively by providing insights into their behaviour outside of our conversations. And it's allowed us to develop a scalable and consistent process to guide buyers smoothly from demo to close!

There are a few additional features that we think users would love to see, such as an API for creating Along Spaces via custom forms or generic links within a space that reference other tabs. The great news is that Along is always open to feedback and has already announced that these features are on the roadmap!

As a small sales team, we need to stay focused and well structured to maximise our efficiency. Along has helped us achieve this by enabling a data-driven approach to our sales efforts. The tool features an intuitive Notion-like editor, which simplifies the user experience. The sections make it easy to build the buyer journey across various meetings. The user behavior tracking allows you to see who viewed the proposal and when. Additionally, the HubSpot integration keeps everything organized and clear.

**What do you dislike about Along?**

It would be great to have automation features, like automatically creating a new Deal Space when setting up a deal. Occasionally, having different pages or tabs within the Space would be helpful to provide more clarity for the customer.

**What problems is Along solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Along solves the issue of having to cram all attachments into a single email, where I can't see what the customer is actually viewing, often resulting in a cluttered email. With Along, we can quickly duplicate a follow-up from a template, creating a perfectly organized page where the customer can view content in the intended order. Along saves us time on follow-ups, provides transparency on how our content is engaged with, and centralizes communication across all stakeholders.

**What do you like best about Along?**

Along accelerates deal velocity like nothing else: The solution has shortened my sales cycle massively. Along decreases endless email ping pong and enables all stakeholders to find fast alignment for getting deals done.

The silver bullet to understand you buyers: Along enabled us to understand where our buyers actually stand and how to proactivle manage them in a seamless way to get deals signed. The solution allowed us to completely understand what our buyers did outside of our calls with them.

Demo-to-close has never been this consistent: Along allowed us to finally create a process for guiding buyers from a demo to a conversion in a structured way that can be repeated and scaled.

Cannot think of any as of now. Probable becasue the Along team is in communicaiton with us on a regular basis when it comes to all the possible product tweaks and additional features.
This gives me the confidence that everything is mapped out and will be developed + released eventually.

With Along we are able to keep things on track and make the client journey an exciting ride for us and our clients.
It is possible to keep all the materials, action items and communication in one place, so you can forget about navigating through lengthy email thread to catch up on the status.

**What do you like best about Along?**

We use Along as our virtual, customized showroom to showcase our product to our potential customers.

Our buyers reaction has been neutral to very positive and it's definitely an impressive way to already separate ourselves from competitors during the offering process.

One thing I really don't wanna miss about Along is the mutual action plan and agree on deadlines with the buyers - and also remind them if they are in delay on certain promised deadlines, that this will delay the entire rollout of a project. This has has already helped us to significantly increase the speed from first talk to rollout on some major deals.

This is more an internal question of efficiency - but it still takes us relatively long to prepare / personalize the Along spaces for the different buyers.

**What problems is Along solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main pain was the communication during the onboarding of our larger customers. Along helped us solving this with its interactive timeline that allows us to communicate with our customers & assign tasks to them, including agreed deadlines.

We found out very quickly that it's also an amazing opportunity already much earlier in the sales process, to really customize our offers and put more relevant information together for our prospects.

If you want your deals to go through as smoothly as a knife through butter, then Along is exactly what you need. This tool has drastically sped up my sales process. No more endless email ping-pong games—finally, all stakeholders quickly get on the same page so deals can be closed swiftly.

For us, there are currently no significant negative points. Perhaps a white-label version could be interesting in the long run.
