They seem old and need enhancement. The overall experience was more challenging than I expected; it was somewhat clunky at times. it charges 0.2 credit for only 1kb of amount for data , quite costly for small to mid-sized industries. **What problems is Aliveforms solving and how is that benefiting you?** The third-party integration tool is its best benefit. However, as far as forms are concerned, we do not have a wide range of options, and it is highly expensive for business operations. ### 3. I used it in my company for taking employee surveys, creating monthly feedback forms and sometimes for recruitment. It simply collects all the data from the users and put it in one place. You can also create an excel sheet of that data or add your teammates who would be able to access the information. I also loved how it provides different templates with different designs, you can choose your companys' color theme as well. You can customize the form however you like. There are options for answers for example - multiple choice, short answer, long answer. It's totally upto you what kind of form you want and for what purpose. Aliveforms had made my work effortless. It saves your time and efforts. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Aliveforms?** Though I liked everything about Aliveforms- it's features, the templates, the support chat. One issue I faced that it took a lot of time to load lengthy forms such as forms that requires more details or in depth information. Sometimes that process took a bit more time and expected. It delays the whole recruitment process If you're doing urgent hiring. I would suggest to make the procedure a little faster so that it won't result in delayed response. **What problems is Aliveforms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've used Aliveforms for creating almost every form I needed such as employee survey, employee feedback or collecting candidate information for hiring process. It's been a complete saviour for me- very easy to use, no issue in finding the template, collects and organize data as per your requirement. Being an HR it is very important to collect data of all the employees and candidates and organize it in a well-mannered way. Aliveforms is a great tool for doing that in one go. The automation feature is the best it gives you daily reminders for the work that is to be done so you don't miss any deadlines. It is user-friendly, even interns can use it without any training as it provides clear instructions to create a form. It reduces manual work such as creating excels by yourself. I tested, Jotform, Google forms, Typeform, Wufoo, Zoho Forms, Pabbly and much much more, and I could find a product that is so powerful and so fast and at the same time price friendly. BONUS: you get lots of integrations, including Zapier and Twilio. I integrated with Twilio and now all my forms are being redirected to Whatsapp for a fraction of a cost, without any issues. Support... OMG! 10/10. I had a small issue and I got a whole tutorial back with videos etc. AMAZING!!! Features... OK.. this is the area where AliveForms is thriving... its like having a nuclear arsenal to make whatever form you want... you can even create a puzzle game!! Lots of themes to choose from, but you can also create your own theme. You have lots of templates to use and modify. Price: One of the most competitive one. Especially for the advanced features, other apps charge a small fortune. Not with Aliveforms. User Friendlyness: It is super easy to use and evertythign is very intuitive. I have tested lots of apps throught my life... I am convinced this is a unicorn. Kudos to the creator. As an ex Microsoft employee, I must take my hat off to this app. Also I am a Google reviewer level 6. By far the best form creator out there. 10/10 in all categories. **What do you dislike about Aliveforms?** A small suggestion to the developer: I mainly use Chrome and Opera, but in Safari the time icon is not shown properly so user must enter the time manually instead of choosing... but for this, its mainly Safari fault, because in Chrome, Firefox and Opera is fine **What problems is Aliveforms solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a form where user will answer some questions and then the mapped input data would be sent to a WhatsApp number (non business). I used the Aliveforms, integrated with Twilio and all responses are sent to my WhatsApp. And for a really small price. Zapier for this, it costs 35 USD per month ! With Aliveforms I managed to do it with 5.99 USD (annual plan) plus the Twilio fees (3USD)! And Aliveforms is equiped with so many options... logic questions, forwarding options, integrated with Google Forms and Sheets... I mean seriously what more can people ask! ### 11. It has user-friendly interface where user, with no prior knowledge of integrating third-party services like google sheets into their forms, can easily get benefits. With Google forms, you have only a number of question types that can be used i.e., drop-down, multiple choice, but with aliveforms, one can also add JavaScript that runs in the backend. The free credits upon registration is one of the good things that gives user a preface about the range of site's features. Aliveforms offers reasonable pricing as well as easy payment options for locals (Pakistani) such as via jazzcash. It can't get any better.
