I have past exprience with aliveforms and It's a good plafrom to create forms and intregate with multiple tools like : Google drive , google sheet and smtp and many more features in aliveforms , By using prebuilt tamplete you can just create you form in easy steps while configuration is very easy for new users. The layout and UI are among the most off-putting aspects. They seem old and need enhancement. The overall experience was more challenging than I expected; it was somewhat clunky at times. it charges 0.2 credit for only 1kb of amount for data , quite costly for small to mid-sized industries. What I like best about Aliveforms is that it is very simple to create forms using this tool- you just have to sign up with your mail id and the dashboard is there, you can choose yourself what kind of form you want to generate.

I used it in my company for taking employee surveys, creating monthly feedback forms and sometimes for recruitment. It simply collects all the data from the users and put it in one place. You can also create an excel sheet of that data or add your teammates who would be able to access the information.

I also loved how it provides different templates with different designs, you can choose your companys' color theme as well. You can customize the form however you like. There are options for answers for example - multiple choice, short answer, long answer. It's totally upto you what kind of form you want and for what purpose.

Though I liked everything about Aliveforms- it's features, the templates, the support chat.

One issue I faced that it took a lot of time to load lengthy forms such as forms that requires more details or in depth information. Sometimes that process took a bit more time and expected. It delays the whole recruitment process If you're doing urgent hiring. I would suggest to make the procedure a little faster so that it won't result in delayed response. I have ever in encountered using Google Sheets is data exports. Aliveforms provides CSV, format options and it seems more unpolished when trying to manipulate the exported data. It is very easy to create and share forms and everything is automatic. It has many versatile templates available, plenty of themes to choose from or even create your own depending on your business and the collection of results is very elaborated. I wanted a form where user will answer some questions and then the mapped input data would be sent to a WhatsApp number (non business).

I tested, Jotform, Google forms, Typeform, Wufoo, Zoho Forms, Pabbly and much much more, and I could find a product that is so powerful and so fast and at the same time price friendly.

BONUS: you get lots of integrations, including Zapier and Twilio.

I integrated with Twilio and now all my forms are being redirected to Whatsapp for a fraction of a cost, without any issues.

Support... OMG! 10/10. I had a small issue and I got a whole tutorial back with videos etc. AMAZING!!!

Features... OK.. this is the area where AliveForms is thriving... its like having a nuclear arsenal to make whatever form you want... you can even create a puzzle game!!

Lots of themes to choose from, but you can also create your own theme. You have lots of templates to use and modify.

Price: One of the most competitive one. Especially for the advanced features, other apps charge a small fortune. Not with Aliveforms.

User Friendlyness: It is super easy to use and evertythign is very intuitive.

I have tested lots of apps throught my life... I am convinced this is a unicorn.

A small suggestion to the developer: I mainly use Chrome and Opera, but in Safari the time icon is not shown properly so user must enter the time manually instead of choosing... but for this, its mainly Safari fault, because in Chrome, Firefox and Opera is fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
