"Agentforce Service Unifies Cases, Knowledge, and Automation for Faster Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Service brings customer cases, interactions, knowledge, automation, and reporting into one platform. It gives service teams a complete view of the customer and makes it easier to manage cases efficiently. Features such as queues, assignment rules, flows, knowledge articles, dashboards, and integrations help automate repetitive work and improve response times. It is also highly configurable, which makes it adaptable to different business processes without requiring everything to be custom-built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The biggest drawback is that the platform can become complex as more automation, integrations, and customizations are added. Initial setup and ongoing administration often require experienced Salesforce resources, especially for larger organizations. Some configurations can also take time to test and deploy properly, and users may need training to take full advantage of all the available features. Licensing and additional functionality can also become expensive as the implementation grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Customer Support with Robust Automation, but Steep Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like best about Salesforce Service Cloud is how it centralizes customer support into one intelligent ecosystem. It allows agents to have a 360° view of each customer — including cases, interactions, and related data — so service becomes faster and more personalized. I also appreciate the automation features like Omni-Channel Routing, Case Assignment Rules, and Flow that reduce manual work and improve response times. Combined with Einstein AI for next-best actions and knowledge recommendations, it really helps teams deliver proactive, efficient service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

While Salesforce Service Cloud is extremely powerful, its complexity can be overwhelming at times. There are so many configuration options and dependencies — especially when combining automation (Flows, Omni-Channel, Case Routing, etc.) — that it often requires strong admin or developer oversight to maintain. Also, user adoption can be challenging without proper training because the interface has so many features visible at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Customer Support with Deep Insights but Complex Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like best about Salesforce Service Cloud is its ability to centralize all customer interactions across multiple channels—email, chat, phone, and social—in one place. The unified console allows service agents to quickly access case histories, related knowledge articles, and past interactions, which dramatically improves response accuracy and resolution speed. Features like macros, automation rules, and Einstein AI recommendations reduce repetitive tasks and help prioritize urgent cases efficiently. Real-time dashboards and reports provide managers with deep insights into team performance and customer satisfaction trends. Overall, Service Cloud enables a seamless, data-driven customer support experience that enhances both agent productivity and customer trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud is its steep learning curve and complex setup process, especially for organizations without dedicated administrators. Configuring workflows, omni-channel routing, and custom reports often requires specialized knowledge, which can delay full adoption. The interface can also feel cluttered when too many components or custom fields are added, potentially confusing new agents. Integration with external systems is powerful but sometimes demands additional middleware or developer support. Lastly, licensing and feature-based add-ons can raise overall costs quickly, making it less accessible for smaller support teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete service platform with strong routing and automation, but add-on licensing adds up"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

From an implementation partner perspective, Agentforce Service covers the core of a contact center out of the box: case management, the Service Console, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, and Entitlements/Milestones for SLA tracking. Flow makes it easy to automate triage, assignment and escalations without custom code, and email-to-case and messaging channels bring everything into a single agent workspace. The Agentforce layer is a real step forward for case deflection and agent assistance when the knowledge base is well maintained, and being on the same platform as Sales and industry clouds gives clients a true 360 view of the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Many capabilities that clients assume are included come as add-ons, such as digital engagement channels, voice, and consumption-based pricing for Agentforce, which makes budgeting and proposals harder. Omni-Channel configuration (skills-based routing, capacity models, presence statuses) has a steep learning curve, and CTI/telephony integrations often need extra effort. Some legacy behavior, like email-to-case threading and limited reporting on case history, still requires workarounds. Agentforce results depend heavily on data and knowledge quality, so clients need to invest in that before expecting value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful caseload management"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Everything about a student lives on one record: notes, emails, tasks, and history. That single view, plus the action queues, keeps my caseload organized and makes follow-ups fast. It's also automation-friendly, which has let me cut a lot of repetitive work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Too many clicks and slow page loads for routine tasks. Closing a task and logging a note for one student can take a dozen steps. Search is hit or miss, and most customization needs an admin, so small workflow improvements take a long time to land. It's powerful but not lightweight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Optimal Customer Support Thanks to Agentforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I appreciate the 24/7 support from Agentforce Service, which is essential to ensure that a helicopter is never grounded and to automatically address priority cases. This continuous support also allows for real-time escalation and case tracking, ensuring actionability in support management. Additionally, the 5-star customer support is a real plus for efficiently managing and tracking cases within the same application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Customizing the application to align with very specific business processes is a challenge. The configuration quickly becomes complex, especially with the addition of new features like the prompt builder. The flows have already become complicated for me, increasing the difficulty of managing the application as needs evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Award-Winning AI Architecture: Transforming Healthcare Compliance with Agentforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

As a strategist in the highly regulated Life Sciences sector, what I value most about Agentforce Service is its robust architecture for building autonomous, secure AI agents. I recently developed the "MediComm Regulatory Auditor" on this platform, an AI agent that automates the auditing of medical advertising texts according to strict COFEPRIS guidelines.

The standout feature is its ability to integrate Knowledge RAG, which effectively prevents AI hallucinations and ensures clinical accuracy.

Additionally, I love how it handles the execution of logic flows for data persistence within the CRM, while maintaining secure escalation protocols to human specialists when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Because Agentforce is such a powerful and sophisticated enterprise tool, the initial setup and mapping of complex regulatory frameworks (like healthcare compliance) require a steep learning curve. While the Knowledge RAG is excellent at preventing hallucinations once operational, getting your data foundation perfectly clean, structured, and grounded before deployment takes significant time, technical rigor, and cross-functional alignment. It is not a simple "plug-and-play" solution for highly regulated industries, though the final ROI makes the deep implementation effort completely worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Changing the way we run our service department"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

It provides complete and meaningful information to our dispatchers and technicians, with an intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Not much really. It's such a far cry from the way we previously ran our service business that even the nuances aren't really detractors. If I had to pick a something to dislike, it would be the inability to change certain field names or hide certain information that salesforce needs, but is irrelevant to our business. IE: we use a specific format for work order numbering. Salesforce requires the salesforce work order number to appear in several places which can clutter a user interface with information that is irrelevant to them. "Powerful Service Platform with Strong AI Potential"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like most is how Agentforce Service brings customer-service work, case management, knowledge, automation, and AI capabilities together in one connected platform. It gives support teams useful context about customers and past interactions, which can help reduce manual work and create a more consistent experience across channels.

I also appreciate the flexibility. Teams can tailor workflows, routing, dashboards, and knowledge content to match how they actually operate, while the AI capabilities have the potential to help agents find answers faster and focus more time on complex customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Like most powerful enterprise platforms, there can be a learning curve—especially when configuring automation, data models, permissions, integrations, and AI experiences. Getting the most value from the platform often requires thoughtful planning, clean data, and ongoing governance rather than simply turning features on.

Some advanced functionality may also require additional licenses or technical resources, so it is important for teams to clearly prioritize their service goals and rollout plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing for Contact Centers, but Has Occasional Drawbacks"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Service is how it brings customer information, cases, knowledge, and service processes together in one place. It gives service teams a complete view of each customer and helps agents handle inquiries more consistently and efficiently. Automation, routing, knowledge management, and AI capabilities also make it easier to reduce repetitive work and improve the overall customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Agentforce Service is very powerful, but the number of features and configuration options can make implementation and ongoing administration complex. Features such as routing, automation, permissions, and integrations require careful design to avoid unnecessary complexity. It can also take time for users and administrators to fully understand and make effective use of all the available capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
