"Agentforce Service Unifies Customer Info and Automates Support Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Service is that it brings customer information, cases, and service workflows together in one place. It helps agents find the right information faster, automate repetitive tasks, and provide more consistent support. I also like the automation capabilities because they can save time and allow teams to focus more on complex customer issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

One thing I dislike about Agentforce Service is that it can be a little complex to navigate when there are a lot of customizations and workflows. Finding the right information or understanding why an automation behaved a certain way can sometimes take extra time. It would be helpful if some areas were more intuitive and easier to troubleshoot. "One service environment that the rest of the business can build on"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The strength is that case management, Knowledge, and the Experience Cloud portal all live on the same platform as the rest of the business. At a staffing company that meant the service desk, the self-service portal for associates and clients, and the knowledge base shared one customer record with sales and operations, so a case could pull in the account, the placement, and the history without an integration. Because the whole thing is configuration first, we could go live iteratively: stand up cases and the console, then layer in Knowledge, then open the portal, and keep adding business functions into the same environment instead of buying another system each time. Reporting comes for free on the same objects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Experience Cloud is the part that takes the most care: external identity, login, and portal permissions are their own project, and the licensing model for external users takes real effort to size correctly. Knowledge needs governance from day one or the article base drifts and search quality with it. Iterative rollouts are possible, but the platform will happily let configuration sprawl, so you need a product owner and a release discipline or the org becomes hard to change. Per-user pricing adds up quickly once the service footprint is company-wide, and the newer Agentforce Service capabilities carry their own licensing on top of the base seats. "Agentforce Service Case Management, Automation, and AI for Faster Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Service brings case management, automation, customer data, and AI capabilities together in one platform. It helps service teams manage customer requests efficiently, automate repetitive tasks, and provide faster, more consistent support. The flexibility to customize workflows and integrate with other Salesforce products is especially valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The platform can feel complex during the initial setup, especially when configuring advanced automation, permissions, integrations, and AI features. Some capabilities require additional configuration and learning before teams can use them effectively. Clearer setup guidance and a more streamlined configuration experience would make adoption easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Case Management Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Service makes things easy. Creating cases and managing data has become very efficient. The ability to quickly react to any issues my clients have is a huge plus, and I appreciate that my clients are very happy with the service as well. The ease of data management is a big win for me, and because of this, it saves a lot of my time. I find it really useful that I can just click on a problem and it creates the cases for me, allowing me to link to other data seamlessly. The initial setup was also quick and effortless, which I found impressive. Overall, Agentforce Service helps me a lot in organizing and responding to cases effectively and efficiently. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I don't really have any complaints about Agentforce Service. Everything seems to be working well for me, and I'm enjoying using it. One thing that could be nice is incorporating a keynote session about CloudForts into the platform, but that's just a little suggestion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising AI, But Needs Stronger Governance and Simpler Administration"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like most about Agentforce Service is the potential to bring AI directly into existing Salesforce workflows rather than introducing another standalone tool. I particularly like the ability to automate repetitive service tasks, surface relevant CRM context quickly, and allow agents to take action without constantly navigating between records and systems. From an admin perspective, the most exciting part is the scalability — if configured well, Agentforce could reduce manual effort while creating a much more consistent user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

My biggest concern is the level of governance required once Agentforce moves beyond surfacing information and starts taking actions or writing back to Salesforce. Our Salesforce environment has a lot of interconnected automation, validation rules and business processes, so an AI action that appears simple can have wider downstream impacts. I’d like stronger visibility into exactly what an agent is changing, why it made that decision, and easier controls around which fields and actions it can access. I also think implementation and ongoing administration need to become simpler — the value of Agentforce decreases if significant technical configuration is required for every new use case. "Agentforce Service Unifies Customer Data, Cases, and AI for Faster Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like how Agentforce Service brings customer information, case management, and AI-powered assistance into one connected platform. It helps teams respond faster while maintaining context throughout the customer journey. The automation capabilities also reduce repetitive tasks and allow agents to focus on more complex issues. Overall, it creates a more consistent and efficient service experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The platform can feel complex to configure and maintain, especially when workflows become highly customized. Some features also require significant training to ensure teams use them effectively. I’d like to see a more intuitive user experience, simpler setup, and greater flexibility without relying heavily on technical resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesforce Agent Makes Scaling and User Management Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like the flexibility and customization Agentforce Service provides. It allows us to automate complex business processes using Flow, manage cases and customer interactions in one place, and provide users with a streamlined experience through configurable pages and actions. I also appreciate how easily it integrates with other Salesforce objects and external systems, making it possible to build solutions tailored to specific business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The main challenge I have with Agentforce Service is that it can become overly complex for relatively straightforward business requirements. Configuration is spread across objects, permissions, flows, routing, page layouts, and other components, which can make troubleshooting and maintenance time-consuming. Some features also require custom Flow or Apex development to achieve the exact user experience the business wants. I would like to see simpler configuration, better troubleshooting tools, and more flexibility with native automation and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Support That Speeds Up Customer Service in Salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Service is how it combines AI-powered assistance with Salesforce customer service capabilities to help resolve customer issues faster. It can automate repetitive tasks, provide relevant information to service agents, and help them respond more efficiently. I also like that it works within the Salesforce ecosystem, making it easier to access customer context and deliver a more personalized service experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I dislike about Agentforce Service is that it can take some time to configure and fine-tune AI capabilities to ensure the responses are accurate and aligned with business requirements. It also requires thorough testing and monitoring, especially for complex customer scenarios, to ensure the AI provides reliable results and handles edge cases appropriately. "AI-Powered Service Automation That Boosts Agent Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like most about Agentforce Service is how it brings together AI-powered assistance with customer service workflows and Salesforce data. It helps automate repetitive requests, gives agents relevant information quickly, and can take actions within defined business processes. As a result, response times can improve, service team productivity can increase, and the overall customer experience can feel more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I find most challenging about Agentforce Service is how complex it can be to configure, test, and govern AI-powered workflows. Making sure the system delivers accurate responses and reliable actions—while also maintaining proper data access and consistent performance—takes careful initial setup and ongoing monitoring. On top of that, the learning curve is significant, and the potential cost of scaling AI-driven usage can be a challenge for organizations that want to adopt it broadly. "Powerful Enterprise Service Platform with Strong Automation and Case Management Capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Agentforce Service provides a robust and flexible platform for managing customer and support operations at scale. Its case management, workflow automation, routing capabilities, and integration ecosystem enable organizations to standardize processes while improving visibility across service operations. We have seen strong benefits from automated case assignment, improved SLA management, better reporting, and enhanced customer experience outcomes. The platform is especially valuable for organizations with complex service workflows that require customization and scalability. As Salesforce continues to embed AI capabilities through Agentforce, the potential for agent assistance, knowledge recommendations, and service automation is becoming increasingly compelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The platform's flexibility can also be one of its biggest challenges. Implementations often require significant configuration, governance, and administrative expertise to avoid process complexity and technical debt. Reporting and analytics can sometimes be difficult for business users without specialized knowledge, and highly customized environments can become costly to maintain over time. Organizations must invest in strong data quality, process governance, and change management practices to fully realize the platform's value. Additionally, AI and automation capabilities are promising, but achieving measurable outcomes often requires substantial preparation around data, knowledge management, and operational readiness.
