# What idea management software do innovation managers and strategy leaders actually trust for running structured ideation programs rather than just collecting feedback?

&lt;p&gt;Running a formal program, our triage looked like intake, a quick screen for strategic fit, then a scorecard from a small cross-functional panel before anything moved to a stage-gate. The bottleneck was never collecting ideas, it was routing them to the right reviewers and not letting them stall between stages. Qmarkets made that easier because it mirrors your approval hierarchy and auto-moves ideas through stages and evaluations, so reviewers get pinged instead of an idea sitting until someone remembers it. Brightidea is the other one built for this, scorecards and multi-stage pipelines with executive sponsorship baked in. What makes triage harder is a voting-only tool, popularity isn&#39;t the same as strategic value, so for a structured program I&#39;d avoid leaning on upvotes as the evaluation.&lt;/p&gt;
