One area I would improve is the user experience. Some reports or features can take extra effort to navigate, and support replies may arrive late when requests are more complicated. What I like most about ADP TotalSource is having payroll, benefits, and compliance-related HR work organized in one place. From an HR standpoint, the layout makes it straightforward to move between the areas I use most, and I don't have to dig through multiple systems just to review Employee changes. The payroll processing workflow is probably the part I rely on most. I can review changes, look at exceptions, and make sure things are in order before payroll is finalized. I also pay attention to the newer AI and intelligence capabilities, Although I see them more as supplemental support than something I would rely on without review. My biggest minor complaint is on the pricing side. ADP TotalSource provides services that are useful to our HR function, but I sometimes wish the Financial Information were easier to interpret when we're looking at the service as a whole. A clearer connection between the cost and the specific services being used would help when reviewing the budget. customer support is another area where I have a small suggestion. The people we work with are helpful, but less routine questions can occasionally take a few Exchanges to resolve. I’d rather have a more direct path to someone who understands the specific issue. Working at an organization that tracks every hour according to project code, I wish there was a way for non-administrators to see the overall allocated amount of time on each project. The pricing structure is not very transparent. Some of the contracts are custom quoted, and it can kinda be hard to evaluate the cost changes from year to year. Maybe keeping it consistent annually, having it offered at a certain price without any movement, and adjusting based on how long you've been a customer could improve it. I like that ADP TotalSource brings payroll and benefits administration into one place, making payroll processing more organized and less time-consuming. I love the fact that I can see what my paycheck is when payday hits. It's straightforward, easy to find, and quick to load (depending on what internet is available). And it's free for employees to use. If I were a business owner, I'm sure there are fees to use it. There's no AI that I'm aware of, and I have not needed to use the support yet.
