# Which RFP tools handle proprietary spreadsheet and PDF questionnaire formats from enterprise buyers?

AI-suggested answers still need review.

Reviewers flag that complex Excel imports can take work to map.

QorusDocs: Being native to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, it works with buyer formats inside the Microsoft tools teams already use. Search and bulk-answer handling have room to improve.

And which tool handled it with the least manual cleanup?

Loopio’s import capability is particularly relevant because the real test starts when an RFP arrives in a format nobody internally would have chosen. QorusDocs working directly inside Microsoft formats is another practical angle. I’d be curious which tool preserves complex spreadsheet structure best, especially when buyers expect the completed response returned in their original template.
