"Great Fit for Growing IT Teams"

What do you like best about AdminDroid?

We’re a small startup with expanding IT demands, and AdminDroid has been a game-changer for us. The reporting is clear, comprehensive, and easy to navigate—it includes just about every report you could need for effective oversight and compliance.

One of the biggest wins has been the built-in PowerShell scripts. Not having to write or learn complex scripting has saved us a huge amount of time. Tasks that used to require custom scripts or manual steps are now handled with just a few clicks. It’s a massive efficiency boost for a lean IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

It would be helpful to save favorite reports or dashboards for quick access. (Maybe this exists and I just haven’t found it.)

For recurring reports, I’d love the option to overwrite the same file instead of generating new timestamped versions each time—especially for daily reports.

The tiered pricing is understandable, but it would be great to have a simple “all-in” license option if we decide to scale up later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AdminDroid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting for Non-Technical Stakeholders – Generating reports for leadership or audits used to require a lot of manual cleanup. AdminDroid makes it easy to produce polished, consistent reports that are understandable even to non-technical team members.

"Great Reporting Features, But Disappointed by Price Increase"

What do you like best about AdminDroid?

There are plenty of reports from the 365 environment which are easy to find, look good, and are easy to comprehend. We mostly use it for recovering licenses from disabled users, but have also found many other useful reports when trying to accomplish various tasks. It has saved us at least once. What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

They recently removed the lowest subscription tier, combining the lower 2 subscriptions, effectively tripling our price. They gave us the new tier for free until the end of our subscription, but now we need to pay more for the same product. yes, it has more features because we're on the higher tier license, but we don't use those features which is why we didn't pay for them before. It's hard to get management on board for a purchase when the price of the product has tripled from year-to-year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
