**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica's solid processes and the ability to customize. The processes are intuitive and easy to remember, even for those that are seldom used.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The out of the box reports are subpar. I am willing to write my own, but I am not a developer and it can be difficult. Also, the initial setup was awful.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for accounting in construction, including AP, AR, Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Project Accounting. It solves problems with Certified Payroll reporting and dashboards.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I find Acumatica easy to manage and visualize the data that is being validated, which makes handling incident reports and correcting processes smoother. The specific security tools, especially the SSO functionality, are awesome for users who often forget their credentials, allowing them to access without having to re-enter their credentials.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find Access Rights Granting to be challenging.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps manage and visualize data for process validation with ease. The SSO functionality is great for users who often forget their credentials.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I find Acumatica user-friendly, which makes it easier to navigate. I appreciate its DRP feature, as well as the Generic Inquiry option that stands out. The initial setup of Acumatica was easy and customizable, which was convenient.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like the issues with lot tracking. It doesn't always pick up accurate lot numbers during receiving. Also, the auto lot creation when confirming shipments is problematic.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for accurate order processing and demand planning in sales orders, purchasing, and inventory.

I really like Acumatica's no-code low-code reporting, which makes data easily available and simplifies the process of building events.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We are in need of an update, but working with our VAR to get to the newest version. They needed a better VAR from the initial setup. We changed VARs and are ready to take it to the next level.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for data collection, reporting, and process improvements. The no-code low-code reporting makes data easily available and simplifies building events.

I use Acumatica to manage projects, data collection, GL, and fixed assets. I really like how it streamlines processes and allows me to drill into the source data. It's user-friendly and customizable, making it easy to learn, navigate, and get to source data. The initial setup was good, especially with the VAR support.

There isn't anything I don't like at this point.

I like Acumatica because it acts as one system rather than multiple pieces of software, which provides one source for data. I use its GIs and dashboards, which I find valuable.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the change management, scheduling, and mobile app lacking in Acumatica. The mobile app feels ugly, is slow, and not intuitive at all. Additionally, the initial setup was difficult.

I find it frustrating not being able to do one mass PO instead of multiple POs if pulling inventory from multiple sites.

I like that Acumatica consolidates everything in one place, which assists me in decision-making. It also allows transparency, and it's great that it can remove duplicate customers.

I'm not a fan of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in Acumatica. It seems we don't like it, but I can't really elaborate since it's not my area. Also, the initial setup was difficult at first.

I like that Acumatica offers a lot of flexibility in how it can be used. We're not locked into using the system in one way, allowing us to gather all our data in one place. This flexibility is a big advantage for us.

I love how user-friendly Acumatica is; it's easier to pick up than most other ERPs, and it's cloud-based. I also appreciate the fact that there are unlimited users.

Our business is a little unique in the way that it works, so the integrations are a little tricky.

I use Acumatica to improve information flow between departments, reduce reliance on Excel, and securely store data. It's user-friendly, cloud-based, and allows unlimited users, making it easier to adopt than other ERPs.

I find Acumatica easy to use, which is really important for our company ERP. I appreciate the open license it offers. It's also great for exporting and using external reporting, which has been beneficial for us.

I find the timekeeping feature hasn't worked for us. We require daily time tracking for project costing and budgeting.

Getting access to the data in Acumatica is a breeze, but making it pretty can sometimes be a challenge. We connect with Dataself to help overcome this speedbump and give stakeholders the reports they love to see.

I like the ability to do multiple financial processes in one program with Acumatica. It helps with faster invoice processing and the ability to use projects and tasks. I appreciate the more functions and greater detail it offers compared to what I used before.

I find Acumatica sometimes seems to be deliberately overcomplicated. Also, the initial setup was very painful.

The multiple window/clicks to get through all the data. I wish that sales orders history at the item level was easier to view on the fly. I know reports/GIs can be built to view this data, but it would be so much better to see the history without doing so.
