**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like how easy Acumatica is to configure and customize. It allows me to modify the application for my end users to make it easier for them to operate. The initial setup was much easier when switching from Epicor P21, and this transition was smooth. Overall, I appreciate the functionality it provides in helping with tasks such as handling taxes, as it does the taxes effectively.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the field service aspect challenging, particularly when it comes to canceling single line items from a service invoice.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps with taxes and is easily configurable and customizable, allowing me to modify the application for my end users to make it easier for them to operate.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like how business events and import scenarios in Acumatica make life easier by eliminating manual input. They help by warning users of issues such as timecard problems and pending approvals.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the slow loading of queries with a lot of data including timing out to be a problem. During the initial setup, we had issues with slowness and the system not doing what was promised. We also had to make a lot of customizations.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for project management, payroll, AP, and AR. It solves reporting issues and anomalies. Business events and import scenarios eliminate manual input and warn users of issues like timecard problems and pending approvals, making life easier.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the file storage in Acumatica. It's convenient to have many files attached to Acumatica documents like Purchase Orders, Expense Claims, and Bills.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I don't like how users can't save their work when there's an error. They have to fix the error first, and the error messages are often vague. If they can't fix the error, then they lose all their work. Also, it's not very user-friendly or intuitive for end users unfamiliar with Acumatica.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for approving and documenting internal purchases and expense claims. It solves the problem of properly storing backup documentation. I like that I can conveniently attach many files to documents like Purchase Orders and Expense Claims.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I really like Acumatica for its connectivity, both on the cloud and with our other solutions. It's been amazing to use it anywhere and it connected previously unconnected solutions, which has made us substantially more productive and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I have struggled with large datasets in Acumatica's Generic Inquiries (GI's). They often time out, and not just large ones, but even smaller datasets for unknown reasons. The Warehouse Management System (WMS) also left a lot to be desired. It's frustrating that the GI isn't designed well, but we can't pinpoint what's causing the issue.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica acts as the hub for all our software, integrating unconnected solutions and tracking financials, which boosts our productivity and efficiency.

I like Acumatica's ability to provide higher visibility into project data and company financials, as it delivers insights needed to make company financial decisions. The feature that allows me to see everything in one place is particularly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the recent changes to cost projections by date challenging because, although some previous issues were fixed, they removed the descriptions. This makes it hard to do reports accurately and quickly. Also, the initial setup of Acumatica was challenging, and we're still working through some issues.

I use Acumatica for project accounting, gaining higher visibility into project data and company financials, and the ability to see everything in one place, offering insights for financial decisions.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

We are in the testing phase, and so far, the experience with Acumatica has been great! I am looking forward to the full ERP functionality it offers. I'm impressed with the better data usability and the more mobile opportunities that Acumatica provides. The training process is very methodical, and the people involved have been fantastic. Switching from Quickbooks to Acumatica has given us more robust data capabilities. Even though we are just in the testing phase, everything with the initial setup has been so far so good!

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica helps me put together almost any data set from my company and saves time and money. It keeps all the information in a nice neat format, which is really helpful for creating monthly reports about sales and quotes.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the connection between BigCommerce and Acumatica lacking. It would be easier if there was a native way to pull data from BigCommerce and automatically enter it into Acumatica. Also, I wish the different pages would load faster.

I use Acumatica to compile monthly sales and quotes reports. It helps keep information in a neat format, and I like creating diverse data sets from my company. It saves time and money.

What we like most about Acumatica Cloud ERP is its flexibility and scalability without unnecessary complexity. It provides strong financial control, intuitive day to day usability, and the ability to adapt processes as the business grows. The open architecture and integration capability give confidence that the platform can evolve alongside changing operational and reporting needs.

What we liked least was the level of configuration required to unlock the platform’s full capability. Some workflows and reports are not intuitive out of the box, and the user experience can feel inconsistent across modules. New users often face a learning curve before becoming fully productive.

I like using Acumatica for automation in sales, purchasing, time management, and administrative activities. It saves a lot of time for us and serves as a unified platform for all our offices to utilize. I appreciate the regular updates, integrations, and releases. I really like the customization options Acumatica offers—any view can be built for any use.

I think the UI still looks dated, it can sometimes be slow or laggy when looking up information, and the support structure (requiring a VAR) is not my favorite.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I use Acumatica as a full ERP System. I mean, I do real-time reporting which is really nice. The fixed assets suite is nice and also the job costing/construction accounting. I like the intercompany features and job costing. We have 11 companies, so the intercompany features were crucial, and I'm so thankful for having that! Job costing is something we didn't have with our previous business, so having that now is so helpful.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I dislike the Accounts Payable module and absolutely can't stand the user management/security features.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for real-time reporting, fixed assets management, and job costing, which we lacked previously. The intercompany features are crucial for managing our 11 companies.

What I like best about Acumatica is its flexibility and openness. It doesn’t force our business into a rigid box — instead, it adapts to how we actually operate. We can customize screens, build Generic Inquiries, dashboards, and KPIs, and integrate with other systems gives us real control and visibility across operations.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Error messages can be vague, and it often takes trial-and-error or outside support to understand what the system is actually expecting.

Acumatica solves the problem of fragmented systems and disconnected data. Before using it, critical information lived in multiple places — accounting, inventory, sales, fulfillment, and reporting — which made it difficult to get a clear, real-time view of the business.

I like how easy it is to navigate Acumatica, making it simple to learn the system quickly. The inventory module stands out as very easy to use, and it supports using multiple warehouses with ease, facilitating easy stock transfers and receipts. Overall, I think Acumatica is a great system that is easy to use.

The implementation required buy-in for all staff, so when we launched, it was difficult, and we were learning as we went. Those without much experience found the initial setup difficult.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

Acumatica is easy to use and intuitive from a user’s perspective. Navigation is straightforward, making it simple for users to adopt quickly. Implementation was relatively smooth, and the system is robust enough to support daily use across multiple functions.

The number of available features allows the platform to scale with business needs, while the use of Classes makes adding and maintaining accounts or parts efficient and consistent. Integration with other systems is generally straightforward, and customer support has been responsive and helpful when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Some general releases have not performed as expected once moved to production. Features such as the Modern UI were available for testing for an extended period, yet still launched with significant issues. This occasionally results in additional rework after upgrades and reduces confidence in the readiness of certain releases.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica solves the challenge of managing multiple business functions within a single, integrated system. It centralizes financial, inventory, and operational data, reducing manual processes and improving visibility across the organization.

Features such as Business Events and Dashboards provide a much better way to monitor activity, automate notifications, and respond to issues in real time. These tools allow us to surface critical information quickly and standardize workflows, while Classes help maintain consistency as the business grows. Overall, this has improved efficiency, reduced data duplication, and made daily operations more proactive and data-driven.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I appreciate Acumatica for its interactive user interface, which contrasts sharply with our previous experience using Sage that was on a server, had limited users, and was very difficult to navigate. I like that Acumatica constantly upgrades to adapt to user requests, providing new reports and a project dashboard, and making it easy to export to Excel for further use.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find that some reports are only date-specific and not period-specific, which is important for financial reporting. The initial setup was not easy; it was a very complex and painful process through our consultant.

Acumatica's interactive user interface solves navigation issues with previous systems, allowing multiple users and easier transaction detail exploration.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the fact that it is cloud-based. It provides a good level of data transparency, which is essential for my distribution business. I also appreciate that I can access my data from anywhere in the world without needing to log in to a server at the office.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find Stock Item landed cost is hard to find. There should be a field on the Stock Item card with landed cost for Kit items.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica provides good data transparency for my distribution business and is easy to use. Being cloud-based lets me access my data from anywhere, without needing to log into the office server.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like having integrated information with Acumatica. It allows me to have data at my fingertips for answering vendor and customer questions and ensuring that financial information is accurate for our company.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find the general ledger detail report could be improved. The report layout returns pages and pages of information that could be presented more concisely and easier to read. The initial setup of Acumatica was also a bit challenging, as we were learning so much, which made the implementation bumpy.

I like Acumatica for its clear user experience and reporting capabilities. It gives me a clear view of stock items, sale pricing, and sales orders, which helps in managing inventory and pulling report data on sales. This improves customer experience and warehouse management. We switched to Acumatica because it offers more comprehensive reporting, better product management, and clarity between multiple stores.

I don't like how Acumatica handles kits.
