We also hear you on the purchase requisition gap for project management, and we'd love for you to get more out of that part of Acumatica. On Acumatica Beacon (linked below), the Implementation Guide's Purchase Requisitions section walks through setting up request classes and budget validation so requests do not have to run through sales orders, and the Project Accounting learning path covers how to track project costs and materials more directly.
