# What MEP software platforms are most trusted by construction and engineering teams based on user reviews?

Three that hold up:</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/revit-mep/reviews"><strong>Revit MEP</strong></a> (4.6, 200+ G2 reviews): the strongest trust signal in the category, a high score backed by the deepest review base, and it is the BIM model most other disciplines already work in, so it is the safe default for shared coordination. The catch is it’s a generalist BIM tool, so deep MEP-specific calculations are lighter than a specialist add-on, and it takes real time to master.</li>

&lt;p&gt;Trust on a real project is mostly a network question: the most trusted tool is the one the GC, the structural team, and your subs can all open without a conversion step. That&#39;s Revit MEP by default now, whatever the feature comparison says. But AutoCAD MEP&#39;s drafting scores still matter more than they look, because permit sets and field drawings remain stubbornly 2D, and the tool that produces those cleanly earns quiet daily trust.&lt;/p&gt;
