I love having this system in my business because it allows me to schedule conferences and work meetings with part or all of my team in a fast and dynamic way. It has a very friendly interface and easy to understand, that just managing it is not difficult or requires great technical knowledge. I like the way this device shows me all the necessary information in order to know how the management and behavior goes with regular clients and potential clients, I can use this system from my computer to my mobile device, allowing me to be online and to know firsthand the whole movement of my business. This system is incredibly complete, but I recently reported it to the technical support team, which I do not like the way or the delay of the time it takes to answer any request. Acuity is super easy to use, and I think they've thought of pretty much everything that you could need in regards to a calendar service. They are mobile friendly, and super easy even for clients to use. I love that I can set my schedule, even when it's quite complex (with irregular days and times of availability), as well it's super easy to get all the info I need from clients and potential clients through acuity's onboarding options. If clients need to reschedule their call, or I need to reschedule Acuity has made this super easy! I also love that they're just down to earth, funny and have some of the best copy around (as an entrepreneur this totally sealed the deal for me). I especially like the unlimited text reminders in the software. When scheduling people they automatically get a text and or an email reminder. The ability to customize the booking emails has been my favorite part. It allows for a cohesive end to end experience from tour booking to other actions within my cloud apps. I wish there were more actions you could take natively from a calendar app. For example, creation of customers from event invites with workflows that might follow up on that use case such as billing reminder or other. Recommendations to others considering Acuity Scheduling: Try it - they have a great free trial to get a feel for the software. I can't imagine trying to schedule 50-60 appts per week manually. Syncing with my Google calendar has allowed me to work off of one calendar with having to manage multiple platforms.
