I’ve been using SimplyBook.me for over 5 years for my massage and masseuse service business, and it has honestly been amazing from day one. The system is very easy to use, both for me and for my clients booking appointments online.
It helped me organize my schedule professionally, reduce no-shows, and save a lot of time with automatic reminders and online payments. My clients always say the booking experience is smooth and convenient.
What I appreciate most is the reliability and the constant improvements over the years. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Simplybook.me is very easy to use and all the functions are under clear guidance. Once we tried to reschedule our clients appointments or some other similar operations, just a few clicks could make it happen. Also, notes and feedback are easy to apply in the system and website to increase our business reputation.

once I try to temperately move the appointment to other area, I can't do it unless I cancel it first or move under other therapist

I like that SimplyBook.me divides availability by region and shows time slots available in real time, which helps avoid human error and automates scheduling. Integrating it with Google Calendar is a breeze, and I found the initial setup to be very easy.

Some reps get confused when they do virtual consultations and the time slots show on a different time zone than the actual area they will get the site survey done.

**What do you like best about SimplyBook.me?**

Thoroughly compared the rest, this one WAS clearly the best. (Evaluation of numerous other options was a very time-consuming process.)  SBME is an extremely flexible platform with POWERFUL group booking features!  Spend the time "up-front" to learn how it works and you won't be disappointed. (Once setup properly with the right custom features, SBME basically just runs with very little admin.  "Set & Forget", then monitor the bookings in real-time at the counter.)

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

Have to be careful with "custom features."  (Lots of "free"/included features, but you're going to want more.)  Set up properly, many business users can get by with a very inexpensive monthly subscription.  (4 add-on custom features included at the base subscription price is what we're using)  But if you need more, that next "pricing tier" includes 9 "custom features" and triples the price.)   Unfortunately, you CAN NOT add one at a time.😔  FWIW, even with the FREE version, you can support multiple venues.  The "add-on" features are for things like "group booking" capabilities (one person books for a family of 8), SMS gateways (text reminders to customers), ticket printing, prepay and other tools that help you organize. Note:  There is also a FREE version, perfect for SOHO users.  (gigs like booking consultations, photography bookings etc.)

**Recommendations to others considering SimplyBook.me:**

Spend time learning how it works to save on needing extra "custom" features! Also, the "Daily Classes" timeline is interactive (FANTASTIC: It displays available time-slots that change as group booking quantities selected by customer changes.)   This is PERFECT if you're using the "group booking" custom feature.  Unfortunately, this "timeline" (interactive grid display) is ONLY available IF you add the "Classes" custom feature.

Note: The "Service Categories" (which we use) OR the "Multiple-Locations" features can do most of the same things the "Classes" custom feature provides EXCEPT display the interactive "Daily-Classes" timeline. SO ULTIMATELY:  We're using one of the custom features (in the paid plan) just to be able to display this interactive grid.

**What problems is SimplyBook.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online booking queue management for ALL indoor venues.  (With a monitor displaying bookings @ the counter, we're able to integrate it into our "in-house ticketing" for "walk-in" customers.  ~  Overall, SBME ensures we don't oversell bowling, pc-gaming, laser tag OR double-book birthday parties.  Great for managing queues without requiring people to "wait in line!

I like that Simplybook serves as a simple website as well as a booking tool. When I started my business, I wasn't quite ready to build out a full website, but Simplybook allowed me to provide the basic information I would have provided on a website and serve as my booking tool. By using Simplybook, I only have to pay for ONE tool to meet my needs instead of hosting a site as well.

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

The only thing I don't like is the ability to batch edit my schedule for multiple services at once. There are some services I want to edit my availability for but remain available for other services on specific days. As the program currently exists, I have to go into each service and edit my availability one by one. It would save me a lot of time to batch edit service schedules instead of having to edit the provider's schedule or business hours.

It automates the process for my clients to book their desired service with me. I love that I'm able to customize SMS and email messages to give my clients specific instructions on how to finalize their appointment with a deposit. This saves me so much time going back and forth with my clients via direct message on my availability and how to pay me.

SimplyBook.me is good for price-features ratio. Very powerful, with multiple features, customizable, and several plans to choose. The best thing is design, very easy to set up, especially the payment gateway.

The only feature I did not like was that a user cannot book multiple time spots at a time. Usually you have to book each lesson or consultation separately. But I learned that it is common for all similar services.

I had a task to automate the booking process for the online school, so that teachers get notifications, check the payment and approve time slots themselves. Simplybook.me perfectly did the job.

SimplyBook.me is based on a drag and drop feature that lets us quickly design and launch a beautiful booking page for our business. Moreover, it offers varieties of customization options in terms of designs and brandings. Also, it adds significant value to our company by allowing us to create our booking page under our desired URL name.

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

The only dislike is that it does not have any facility to integrate with the online conferencing tool. Adding online conferencing or meeting software to make it easier for us to connect with our customers and followers in some special events would be a bonus.

I love SimplyBook.me as it enables us to automate our booking by simply sharing our booking page with customers and followers through a sharable link that contains our business URL. It's convenient because we don't have to do much from our end, saving us time and effort.

First, setting up a booking page is relatively straightforward and does not require any technical or coding skills. The second thing is that you can seamlessly share booking links with your customers and followers to choose the time slot that best fits them.

The design and navigation features are a bit complicated on the admin panel compared to its landing page. In addition, since it does not have its inbuilt meeting software, though it allows integration with some of the meeting software, it is still constrained.

Before using SimplyBook, I had to call each customer to set up appointments, and there has been much time when many of the booked meetings got missed. But, now, using this software, I can schedule my booking page and share it with my customers and automate my appointment scheduling.

I liked how simple it was for people to book. But setting and configurations here is extremely complicated when is not necessary, specially in the times sloths. Continuing errors and not good tutorials around the site.

I tried to an experiment with this app and was having a lot of problems for setting the booking for 1 specific day. It was an easy change but no one of their customer service could help me and where 3 of them...

Simply Book is easy to understand and we use it in conjunction with Service Titan. It is not as customizable as I would like though.

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

I do not like that there is no option to have a different AMOUNT of DIFFERENT time slots. For example, I cannot set it to have 4 8am-11am slots and 6 12pm-3pm time slots on the same day. I would really like the option to manipulate the time slots in a way that would work better for the company.

If you are looking for a HIGHLY customizable scheduling service, then this may not be for you.

It is helping to organize, and we use it as a way to double check Service Titan appointments and to make sure we do not overbook ourselves. I do like the product but definitely think it could use some improvements to make it more user friendly and work better in this environment.

I would love to see the feature that would automatically allow our customers to schedule recurring appointments.

I have been using simplybook.me for nearly 3 years now and I've always been really impressed with the system. It has integrated well with my website and given me the flexibility to schedule my days and make adjustment where i need to.
I find the interface good to use and when I've had to ask for help it's always been there. I have recently upgraded and I am now enjoying even more options to help my business streamline. I would highly recommend Simplybook.me for small businesses like mine!

I would like to be able to easily schedule breaks between appointments, the only way to do this is quite manual at the moment.

The amount of features is great.
My favourites are Payment Processing, SMTP Email, Facebook Client booking, Cal sync and Rewards and Referrals. It has so many features but these exactly what i was looking for in a booking system.

I have to give a thumbs up to the "live" support, they helped me fix a few issues I ran into while integratinh the calendar on my WordPress page.  Most places have "email" support and it sucks balls waiting for a reply. Really great support staff who knew their service well.

The "i" info button next to most options is fantastic, a real time saver.

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

The Custom Bookings pages and templates I just can't warm to them. I prefer to integrate a calendar straight into a WordPress page.
If you are a complete newbie, there is a steep learning curve, but honestly, they do a very good job of explaining the setup and integration.

I've tested 10+  booking systems and this just ticks all the boxes for me.
It's packed full of features and the price is good too.

I really liked simplybookme because it is easy to set up and quite intuitive. Many possibilities are offered, making it a very comprehensive tool. The module system allows you to configure the application as you wish. It's very positive.

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

too few modules in the basic offer. Maybe put 5 instead of 3. The additional version is too expensive for a small business. Some translation problems from time to time that disrupted the setup, but apparently everything is back to normal.

Really comprehensive and affordable. The module system, although quite expensive if you want everything, is practical and economical if you want something simple.

I love that it's a separate website that I can link and integrate into my social media accounts (Facebook) and my blog. I love that it gathers emails and asks them right away if I can use their email for future use. I love that the client can book, pay, and even cancel their sessions all in one place. It has great features that allow you to create coupons for your clients. You can also create a membership plan. I haven't explored this yet but looking forward to it. You can package your services or products and make it easier for your clients to save money. It also keeps track of your reports.

It's easy to setup but not so easy for the client to navigate. If you have an older clientele who does not feel comfortable with "playing around " with websites, the booking and navigation of the site can be very frustrating. Key things are missing like a back button or if you need to cancel it's not that easy to figure it out.

Its gathering emails for me and building my list. If it was possible to work for free I would because I have a big heart and want to help the world. People take advantage of this. The booking website takes their money for me all I have to do is show up.

There is nothing I dislike per se. At first, I was using the free option because I do not have a big clientele. But I needed to have more features (in addition to the one free one that SBM offers), so I had to upgrade to a payment plan even though I do not have a clientele above 50 people. In any case, I am just thankful for the platform because it answers many of my desires to give my brand a professional look.

The installation of the system is very simple and self-explanatory. Thanks to the various addons, the tool can be easily adapted to the own requirements. The tool can also be easily integrated into your own homepage or on your Facebook fan sites. The various packages for bookings and SMS are very helpful for seasonal business.

The available templates are limited. Customizations are a bit more complicated. Unfortunately, only credit cards and direct debits are available as payment methods. Other possibilities such as PayPal or Klarna would be desirable. A function that we still need but haven't found yet: When booking an appointment, it should also be possible for the customer to upload attachments. This is not possible as far as we know.

Main motivation to switch over from Calendly was that each subscription includes an unlimited number of users, which allows us to scale our team without incurring additional costs. The system is also highly customizable both with built-in features and CSS. The end-customer interface is sleek and modern, allowing easy brand integration both on the booking website and widgets. Pricing is also very competitive in comparison to other similar products.

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

The user interface is a little confusing, with too many buttons and options, some of which aren't very obvious to find. Some minor bugs needs ironing out, for example when clicking the back button in widget mode, instead of returning to the main website it opens a Booking Website page with About Us section, Opening Hours and Social links. At my company we explicitly don't clients to see the Booking Website, so that's a bit of a bummer right now.

The features are plentiful, they enabled all the features by default on the trial account without any commitment on purchase or credit card info. They impressed me by the rich features and easy to use user interface. The features are very self-explanatory. I contacted their online live chat support a few times and they were straight-forward and responsive.

Not much dislike, but a few features enhancement that I would love to see in the future. e.g. More varieties in user reports. Currently, they offer reports mostly in marketing reports. There is no sales tax reports which help me to track how much sales tax I owe from certain period. More reports around financial would be nice.

While I am relatively IT savvy, I just do not have the time to spend in creating a site from scratch and Simplybook.me allows everything to be done very fast and to a very high level of quality. 
After using Simplybook.me for over a year, I have recently upgraded to a paid plan to make use of the 'Custom Pages' feature which has allowed me to expand to what is essentially a fully fledged website with multiple pages displaying content on my various services. This is such a great feature which I cant praise enough.

Simplybook.me is a low cost  way to have clients book services online.   There are  a number of really great features provided, including options for online payment. 

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

The simplybook.me system is not as simple to use as it could be.  

There are hidden fees.  It purports to give a completely free version to small businesses like mine which have only a few clients but very quickly you and up having to purchase features which were supposed to be included at book cost.  

My business and accounts are located outside of the US and Europe.  I am not able to access any of the options that would allow for online payment.    This is really frustrating and keeps me from fully using the simplybook.me system and offering a more efficient service to my clients.

There are multiple issues with SimplyBook's interface.
1. iframes used on websites have issues of popups appearing outside of the viewport
2. links from my website to SimplyBook don't give the option of linking to a specific service
3. if the company hours change to closed for a half day, it changes all of the service times

Even though it's very easy to chat with SimplyBook support, none of them are technical support and are completely unable to solve any problems you contact them about. I've contacted support more times than I can count, both by chat and by email. They typically respond quickly, but none of the problems I've contacted them about have been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering SimplyBook.me:**

If you offer multiple services or have multiple providers, I don't recommend SimplyBook – it's difficult to set up and doesn't offer enough customization. If you are offering a simple service, SimplyBook would be great and simple to use.

I used the free option for the first 6 months of business and have been completely satisfied. This option has been useful in setting up and maintaining my schedule. 

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

I dislike that you can't charge a deposit fee or percentage of the total cost rather than the full cost at booking. 

**What problems is SimplyBook.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm typically unable to access my schedule troughout the day. So, it's easier for my clients to book with me at any time of day using the app.

**What do you like best about SimplyBook.me?**

I've just started a few days ago with simplybook.me and is't really easy to use!!

**What do you dislike about SimplyBook.me?**

You have to edit CSS archives to change colours for your web page. It will be easier to change colours from a simple webpicker palette :(

**What problems is SimplyBook.me solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've started a new service consisting in a showroom and we have problems with high occupation. So we need to manage customers bookings!

You can change a lot of colors through the design page in the admin interface, but you are right that you do have more flexibility with the CSS.
