**What do you like best about ACS 2000?**

Great rating program.  The ability to tab between screens and just have an endless flow which makes rating easier.  When there is an error, its so nice to be able to just click on it and find where the mistake is.

**What do you dislike about ACS 2000?**

The pricing of the product was too much.  The update process sometimes was tedious across many users.

**What problems is ACS 2000 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to rate many companies at once cutting down on repeat entry, and saving time.

**What do you like best about ACS 2000?**

That I an pull data out of my management system and put it back into the management system.

**What do you dislike about ACS 2000?**

It doesn't automatically do updates.  we have to run them ourselves.

**What problems is ACS 2000 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to go to all the different carrier websites to quote auto and home.  It will pull the rates from all our carriers at once. saves us tons of time.

**What do you like best about ACS 2000?**

Rates are Accurate to what our carriers issue the policy.  They are also very fast to respond when we have an issue and need a fix. 

**What do you dislike about ACS 2000?**

Would like to see a few more questions included with the quote process that match the carrier site quoting. 

**Recommendations to others considering ACS 2000:**

If you want to get the right quote the first time around, you will with ACS.

Currently we have no problems with ACS and everything is working on que.

**What do you like best about ACS 2000?**

I like that you get a real time listing of rates by each selected company and it's extremely easy to upload to the company to finish quoting.

**What do you dislike about ACS 2000?**

There are quite a lot of questions that need to be answered and most of those questions are not utilized by the carrier. We often run into ACS returning quotes that are far different than the quotes on the company side.

**What problems is ACS 2000 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly provide a snapshot to a client on where rates are for new business or remarketing purposes.
