Not all carriers supported. Trying to use with Citizens can be confusing. Wish it integrated with the management system, either to export leads and create prospects, or to receive information from the management system. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Obtaining multiple quotes from carriers and comparing prices/eligibility. ### 2. Also, the systems in the system are nice to have at my finger tips, like property appraiser websites and geocoding. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** Once done, the quotes are very accurate, but the time to process a number of carriers takes too much time and usually, because of the detailed input, results in a lot of no quotes, and I have to go to the carrier directly to get accurate pricing and rating. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are a rater used to supplement other lines of business, not available on our main rating system, usually dwelling fire programs. It allows us to set on course rating and underwriting while we use our main rater for the home product at the same time. ### 3. Much better than other programs I've tried. I love that I click a button and it runs itself with very little input from me. So while QuoteRush is running the quotes I can make a quick call to a customer or complete some other task for our customers. The support team is really good, they provide great support and customer service. in a timely manner. Helped me quite a few times already. I especially appreciated their help when I've had new computers a few times and they got QuoteRush all set up for me. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** I don't like the start-up time when opening the program but I'm always in a rush so that's more of my own impatience. I don't like that I have to close that overlay either **Recommendations to others considering QuoteRush:** QuoteRush will make your quoting experience so much better. It allows you to run quotes quickly and helps manage your time. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to quote individually in each different carriers site. We write with so many carriers that Quote Rush makes is super easy to pull several quotes without me having to do much at all. Quote Rush does all the work for me so that I can give quotes quickly to customers. ### 7. Comparing companies and rates side by side to get the client the best offer. Being able to pull up the required information like property details and distance to the shore in one area is very helpful. The set up of quote rush is straight forward and easy to understand and use. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** My only qualm is that selecting and deleting company quotes that are older or invalid is slightly tedious. Being able to select and then delete said quotes at once would almost make this perfect. **Recommendations to others considering QuoteRush:** I recommend quote rush to my peers. Get your quotes back fast and effectively. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting the quotes in faster and more accurately than before. ### 8. The support is great. They always call back. General ease of use. they make it easier to link into public records. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** There isnt much that I dislike. Occasionally, the application can "hang" and it wont open the quote rush window but thats not too bad of a problem. Overall its great. **Recommendations to others considering QuoteRush:** Do it. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quotes all my carriers. I have tried other raters that use the backend of the carriers quoting systems which have their upsides. But sometimes the carriers dont play nice. They are a little harder to quote so I understand why they are no an option. It's basic, no bell and whistle but it gets the job done. Quite easy to use if all you're trying to do is quote, don't even try to do something else.. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** Because it is basic, the interactions looks like a 1990s software. It's not pretty at all and don't even dream of extended features. **Recommendations to others considering QuoteRush:** We saved more money switching to Applied Rater. But it is pretty simple and reliable if all you're trying to do is quote. Trying to work on the admin side on the other hand is way too complicated (updating password, adding user etc). They can certainly improve on extended function and make it look more presentable. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use QR to provide client with the fastest service I can offer. I am able to change and alter coverage. Input credits, remove credits, complete a replacement cost , review the distance between the ocean and the property as well as the distance to the nearest fire department. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** Sometimes if you send the estimate request through it's quote bot system you may or may not get an estimate. It may indicate an error with pulling over some information. Minor tweaks could make the system a little better other than that nothing to complain about. **Recommendations to others considering QuoteRush:** Ask for a trial run to make sure agency will like and operate with the program successfully. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time and efficiency is the focus. the faster we can get out an estimate the profitable the business will generate, ### 19. It always makes a way for me to handle everything else, such as incoming calls, bindings and even other quotes, I need to do manually. The program does not stop or stall and I can complete anything I need to, while it runs. **What do you dislike about QuoteRush?** I dislike all of the constant updates. There is a new update like every other day. I just want to log in to the program and conduct my quotes without having to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for the next update. How about, they change it to once a month? I'd even be ok with once a week, if they could come together and make it not sooo frequent. I also don't like that I have to press next, when it's ready to go to the next page. I'm perfectly fine and confident enough in this program that it could just run all the way through and I can review afterward. **What problems is QuoteRush solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've realized that I can reach my full potential, with a program like this, at my disposal. Even if I'm on lunch, in the office, I can quote and read a book or even run upstairs to the vending machine. If only other carriers would come on board and utilize this system.
