What do you like best about Accolade?

Accolade helped me find healthcare providers that were supported by my insurance policy. It was quick and effective in find what I was truly looking for. I used it a hand full of times, but I never really had a hard time using it when I did. I also enjoyed having access to a live person through customer support if I needed it. What do you dislike about Accolade?

The only real downside I found was that I couldn't truly find all of the answers I needed when it came to what my insurance covered. There was one occasion in particular that I was told to call my insurance to get a direct answer, because Accolade didn't have access to that information for me.
