It was quick and effective in find what I was truly looking for. I used it a hand full of times, but I never really had a hard time using it when I did. I also enjoyed having access to a live person through customer support if I needed it. **What do you dislike about Accolade?** The only real downside I found was that I couldn't truly find all of the answers I needed when it came to what my insurance covered. There was one occasion in particular that I was told to call my insurance to get a direct answer, because Accolade didn't have access to that information for me. **What problems is Accolade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accolade was able to assist myself and others with concerns regarding healthcare related problems. ### 3. I am so thankful for this resource and for my employer partnering with them. **What do you dislike about Accolade?** It is a bit difficult to know exactly what resources there are unless you're constantly checking their emails and website updates. I think in general, they're pretty great but in order to get the most benefits, people need to fully understand what the provider can do for the their members and check out their site directly. **Recommendations to others considering Accolade:** Definetely partner with Accolade if you are a large organization. They have representatives that are reachable and very very kind. As an individual in a large company, I don't feel ignored when I reach out to the representative and am treated as a member where my needs are looked at individually. **What problems is Accolade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emergency room visits during Covid times would be unthinkably scary. I have had issues where I know I need antibiotics or an over the counter prescription and I know the cause. Linking me with Telehealth and their on call resources have saved me extreme amounts of time, stress, and physical pain since I can get prescriptions faster than before. ### 8.
