What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

I have been using PeopleHR for almost two years, including in my previous role, and I find it to be a very useful and efficient system. It contains a lot of information that is easy to access, and I use it daily to support my work as a manager. The platform allows me to navigate different sections with ease, input data quickly, and follow straightforward guides whenever needed.

Ease of Integration

PeopleHR integrates well with existing processes and workflows. It fits seamlessly into daily operations without requiring extensive adjustments or technical challenges, making it straightforward to adopt across the team.

Ease of Implementation

The setup and implementation process was smooth, with clear instructions and helpful resources to guide the way. It did not take long to get the system running effectively, and the availability of training materials made the transition much easier.

Customer Support

Whenever I have needed assistance, customer support has always been available and responsive. Help is always at hand, which makes the overall experience even more reliable and efficient.

What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using PeopleHR for almost two years, including in my previous role, and it has proven to be a very useful and efficient system. I use it daily to manage a range of tasks, and I find it easy to navigate and reliable.

It helps me manage colleagues’ holidays and keep track of important documents, all of which are simple to access and update. The rota planning feature is particularly useful, allowing me to organise team schedules effectively. Data entry is straightforward, and the guides provided make the process smooth. "Good off the Shelf Package for those that need one"

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR?

The system is easy to navigate and we were able to get to grips with it quite quickly after our initial training. It stores all of our HR paperwork in one place and is easy to access and share with relevant parties. We like the planner option to track where the employees are on a given day and we also liked the option of the bolt on ATS and AI features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR?

The downside to people HR is that could not be tailored to our business, it was not user friendly and we found it frustrating that you needed to re sort screens once you had left and come back. It does not allow all types of documents to be directly saved to the document screen (ie emails) and we found that a lot of our questions to get the function we wanted were Logbook Work arounds which in the end cause more work. We were disappointed with the document template creator, it was not user friendly and did not allow us to format our templates for the documents in a way we would be happy presenting them to staff.
