There was no technical documentation available and the team was able to ramp up quickly to meet all the tight deadlines we had. I've to specially mention the API development work done by this team, there were several unknowns / risks / ambiguities, but the team pulled through all those and were able to deliver the API we needed. We've embarked on several Agile projects with limited or no success and this project team w/o the mumbo-jumbo of Agile, truly delivered the project in an agile methodology w/o compromising on the quality of the deliverable.
