**What do you like best about Accengage?**

We manage huge volumen of notifications per day with a very large targets. The performance of the platform in terms of delivery speed wasn’t never a issue.

**What do you dislike about Accengage?**

There are some room to improve on the usability of the platform and there are some pains on the push notifications process. Also the reporting wasn’t enough for us.

**What problems is Accengage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We decided to move to Accengage from our previous platform due our needs in terms of volumen. The main benefits is that we were able to impact a higher number of customers in a shorter period of time
