**What do you like best about Accengage?**

We manage huge volumes of notifications per day with a very large target audience. The performance of the platform in terms of delivery speed was never an issue.

**What do you dislike about Accengage?**

There is some room to improve on the usability of the platform and there are some pains in the push notifications process. Also, the reporting wasn't enough for us.

**What problems is Accengage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We decided to move to Accengage from our previous platform due to our needs in terms of volume. The main benefit is that we were able to impact a higher number of customers in a shorter period of time.
