What do you like best?
Accela is a very flexible platform that can be tailored for a wide range of uses. Almost any task that can have a workflow can be set up in this system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Their primary model is cloud based, which takes away some control of the system. For example, upgrades occur on Accela's schedule, unless you can demonstrate that the upgrade will cause a major issue. The system can be hosted on premise, which would allow you to upgrade as appropriate for you environment. I also feel that hosting on premise is more cost effective.
