We needed both frontend and backend testing, and all the scheduled tests needed to run locally on our own servers, due to safety concerns for customer data, and AccelQ could give us that.

Been easy to learn, and little technical insight is needed to also cover more detailed and backend testing on my own with predefined commands. Whenever I've run into problems or needed assistance on how to solve a task, I've always gotten quick help from support to find a solution. I'm missing more flexibility in views to work with and compare more in parallel to work faster. Also missing more focus on time management of the tests, but have hopes that the new dashboard with it's flexibility in setup also will cover this over time. Used to miss a recording option, but that is also now covered, and I like the easy switch between recording and not recording to be able to better change where in the test I need to continue working. The Natural Language feature for writing application tests is super easy for any app developer or tester to pick up.

Best thing about ACCELLQ is its codelss approach to generting test cases/scripts, it has helped me a lot in achiveing quicker design/creation of test cases for out product, it is easy to use and integrate with JIRA which again helped as I was working with JIRA at the point of use. Only problem I can see is it's itegration with lot of other new tools which are there in modern product designs and also when someone wants to write custom test cases for specific application test case then it may not be advisable to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The deep learning feature was perfect to detect changes in the different workflows of our prototype.

It was a ubiquitous tool that we could easily integrate into our CI/CD pipelines.

I also loved the fact that it was easy to deploy as it was cloud based.

We did not use Customer Support as the documentation was good enough for us.

During our evaluation of the tool over 1 year - we used it heavily for our weeekly releases.
