The self-healing tests are honestly the standout for us. Our old scripts used to break constantly with small UI changes, and with ACCELQ, that just isn't a daily fire drill anymore. Combine that with the codeless setup and the way it integrates into our Jenkins pipeline, and it's cut down a lot of the manual overhead we used to deal with. I don’t have any major complaints, but sometimes ACCELQ can feel a bit limiting when I’m working with more complex scenarios. After using ACCELQ for over a year, what I like most about ACCELQ is its strong element identification. There isn’t much to dislike. Previously, when we needed to update action parameter test data, we had to open the test case first and then make the changes. What I like best is how much easier it's made automating our Salesforce testing. Implementation was smooth, and the exceptional training support helped our team get up to speed quickly. On top of that, whenever we've hit an issue, the support team has been quick and genuinely helpful — that combination of easy setup, strong training, and responsive support has made ACCELQ a great fit for our QA automation needs. There could be more how-to videos for people who are new to the concept of QA automation in general, since the learning curve can feel steep without prior exposure to automation frameworks. More tutorial content specifically focused on Salesforce automation use cases would also help new users get up to speed faster, rather than relying so much on live training and support. I love how simple AccelQ is to run and get going. The learning curve is small, and once you pick up their lingo (ex: to enter a comment, they (accelq) uses the term 'annotate') it's very user friendly in helping you build out scripts. Being able to run each line or command in real time is SUPER beneficial and time saving! You can see instantly if the command will work and if it doesn't, accelq helps you fix it automatically. It basically sets you up for a successful run. We've been able to use it to do repetitive tasks in Salesforce orgs instead of having to do it manually every time we spin a new org. One downside is sometimes tests will fail randomly when run as a whole. What I've found is when this happens, it's usually a Salesforce issue with loading the page, so it would be nice if AccelQ could auto refresh or auto retry to navigate for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably the biggest thing for us is the codeless approach. Our QA team can actually get into automation themselves now instead of having to lean on developers for every little thing. I've been using ACCELQ for a while now, and it's honestly changed how our team works. I don't need to be a coder to build tests, which is a huge plus. The fact that very little coding knowledge is required means manual testers can easily move to automation. Regression, which used to take up days, is now done in a few hours. I also found the self-healing UI locators to be very well executed. The healing locators are the best part since they maintain locators in the POM or database. I really appreciate the no-code automation approach in ACCELQ. It lets our QA team create and maintain tests without having to rely heavily on developers, which definitely saves us time. The cloud-based setup is also great because it eliminates the need for infrastructure and lets us collaborate easily, with web and API testing available all in one place. I would say they could improve on report customization. The default reports are useful, but having more flexible options to customize dashboards or export details results would help teams analyze testing outcomes more easily. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards, like the ability to choose specific metrics, filter results by test cycle, or create simple visual summaries for different stakeholders.
