**What do you like best about Bamboo?**

Easy to use, with friendly user capabilities. It’s easy to access, and the setup, settings, and overall configuration are straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Bamboo?**

It’s easy to use, but in some ways that also translates to being fairly basic. Customization options are limited as well. The cost can also add up quickly with the pay-per-employee model. Lastly, like many others, customer support is usually not great for low-key issues, and it’s even worse when it comes to non-standard issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Bamboo:**

1- Best for small to medium teams. 
2- Watch and take care of the Pricing Model. 
3- Prioritize usability for employee self-service and reduction of administrative tasks. 
4- Make sure it fit. 
5- Research integrations and third party tools that also fit.

**What problems is Bamboo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

•	Expanded AI assistance, with Ask BambooHR® solving technical issues across web, mobile, and Slack
•	Faster hiring with candidate self-scheduling and access to LinkedIn Premium Job Ads
•	A more flexible and responsive custom report builder for clearer, faster insights
This changes definitely benefit the progression on the usage of the platform and increase the facility of promoting compliance, hiring and other company related HR people matters.
