Before landing on ACCELQ, we went through a handful of other testing platforms and none of them quite fit. Some were too rigid to bend around how we actually work, others just didn't have enough depth for an enterprise setup. ACCELQ ended up being the one that actually struck a balance .... enough structure to feel solid, but not so much overhead that it slowed us down. Honestly, what's impressed me most is that it hasn't stayed static. The product keeps getting better. The QGPT Logic Builder in particular made a real difference in how we approach automation design, it's a lot more intuitive than what we were doing before. And the end-to-end autonomous testing side of things has taken a chunk of the manual work off our plate, which was a big deal for us. The reusable components are probably one of my favorite parts, though. Before, different teams were kind of doing their own thing with test assets, and it got messy. Now there's a lot less duplication and stepping on each other's toes. Also worth mentioning .... ACCELQ already knows Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Workday testing inside and out, so we didn't have to start from scratch figuring out how to test each of those. That alone saved us a good amount of onboarding time.

It is a no code test automation platform with self-healing mechanism which is very useful in maintaining flaky testcases.

What I like best is how much easier it's made automating our Salesforce testing. Implementation was smooth, and the exceptional training support helped our team get up to speed quickly. On top of that, whenever we've hit an issue, the support team has been quick and genuinely helpful — that combination of easy setup, strong training, and responsive support has made ACCELQ a great fit for our QA automation needs.
