If there is any issue we have success portal and we can log a case where Provar team is always available for suppor on week days. I have found that customer support of Provar is very good for which I am really grateful to the company. They are always friendly and prompt with their replies, this enable us to solve problems as they arise and do not disrupt the testing process. This is specifically seen with the highlighted areas of the product, which include the detailed reporting and test case management options that we now have. One negative aspect that I noticed when using Provar is that it may take a long time for new users to master it. This makes the onboarding process to take longer, which in turn affects our early performance rates. There is also the problem of bugs arising from software updates, which creates inconvenience since testing schedules can be affected. While the customer support replies promptly to these complaints, handling these problems is inconvenient and disrupts our project schedules and productivity. He is an amazing support, super supportive, helpful, and willing to provide solutions that work in the long run, like help with parameterization variables.
