I find it difficult to move things around on the page, so I always end up going back to using JS. It reallt difficult to get it workingon other browser other than Chrome, we had a issue of trigger this week where it seemed to be triggering on Chrome but not FIrefox or Safari. The online support, who are always very helpful and quick to answer, and our dedicated CSM are a great added value. It feels like an extra teammember, as our CSM brings fresh test ideas, supports us in getting the most out of the tool, and offers valuable sparring on strategy and execution. It is really easy to use - the visual editor means you don't need to know a lot of code to launch any experiments and the widgets are a great shortcut. What I love most is how easy the visual editor is to use. It lets our team make changes and start A/B tests super fast without needing to wait for developers to free up.
