It is quick to implement tests. The team are helpful and it is a flexible tool for quick, regular changes on the front end without involving developers. Lately, the responsiveness of our account manager has noticeably improved. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance with setting up tests, their email replies have been quick and helpful. I’ve spent a fair amount of time on the platform and have been able to set up some tests successfully, but others have been more challenging and required additional support. The onboarding process left room for improvement. It didn’t feel like the most seamless start, and we would have benefited from more hands-on guidance in those early stages to build confidence with the platform. Even now, we are still learning our way around, and the level of support hasn’t quite met expectations. We’ve also encountered several bugs during our tests, which has made the overall experience less positive so far.
