Many enterprise tools try to evolve into an all-encompassing solution for many business needs, but end up subpar in many of those functionalities. What I love about AB Tasty is that it sticks to AB testing and excels at it. Whether you are an engineer or a marketer without any coding knowledge, you can enjoy using the tool, and there are plenty of options for customization. I don't think there was any idea we couldn't launch due to limitations in AB Tasty. There are also very regular updates that are genuinely helpful, which tells me that they are keen listeners and understand their customers and the market very well. They have recently integrated the server-side testing (Flagship) and client-side testing tool into one platform, which has some teething issues they are working through, but it caused some minor hiccups for internal users. I am a very visual person who sometimes struggles to dig into the numbers - since using AB Tasty I feel a lot more in touch with exactly how a campaign is performing and can quickly identify areas that need attention which saves a lot of time. There are a lot of features on AB Tasty that I have yet to discover and understand how to use them effectively. It can take a bit of time to navigate through all options and understand where to start, I'm sure as I spend more time on the platform with dedicated 'exploration' time and help from the team this will become less of a challenge. I find AB Tasty to be a very simple and easy-to-use platform with an excellent user experience. The customer support team is great, providing necessary assistance when needed. We were able to start testing on our site within a few weeks of signing the contract, thanks to the ease of setup. Utilising AB Tasty has transformed our decision-making processes by providing data-backed insights, allowing us to understand the impact of changes to our site, and making informed judgments quickly. The clarity of reporting is something I particularly value, as it is straightforward to use and allows fast decision-making. Additionally, the integration with Heap Analytics was beneficial. The tool is very comprehensive and easy to access for simple tasks. The support is responsive when contacted. Numerous new features show a continuous evolution of the tool. The training sessions, webinars, and information sharing (notably through the monthly decks) are of high quality. The integration of AI facilitates technical tasks that would normally require coding. The tool is quite time-consuming and requires time to achieve exactly the desired result. Its functional richness is also its main flaw: several features require technical skills. However, the integration of AI and the responsiveness of support partially compensate for this complexity. It remains frustrating, however, to have to resort to external tools for certain projects. Some features are missing, notably better management of campaign organization (e.g., creation of folders that would display visually and not in filters). The ability to save modifications as custom widgets (to easily reuse them between two campaigns) would also be a real plus, as the creation of widgets remains too technical today. What I appreciate most about AB Tasty is the dual strength of the tool and the support. The platform is very comprehensive and versatile, going beyond A/B testing to effectively cover personalization and multiple experiments. At the same time, the quality of support is remarkable: our Product Specialist, Shane, is extremely responsive and often helps us to overcome obstacles, just like the support team, which is consistently responsive and a great help in ensuring the success of our projects. This solution allows for the quick launch of A/B tests as well as customizations, even without advanced technical skills, particularly thanks to the addition of Copylot which facilitates the execution of in-depth tests without requiring coding knowledge. The features offered are varied and comprehensive, providing great flexibility to optimize the user experience and improve the performance of our sites. I do not yet use the tool regularly enough to be able to make a negative critique. Copylot has already solved the main problem I had initially: without coding skills, it was difficult to conduct thorough tests. In general, I have always been very satisfied with AB Tasty. AB Tasty offers us great autonomy in implementing our tests and allows us to iterate quickly thanks to the simplicity and flexibility of its editor. The platform facilitates the creation and modification of experiences without major technical dependency, notably thanks to the additions of AI in the platform, which significantly accelerates our decision-making and optimizations.

We particularly appreciate the sharing of inspiring case studies, easily transposable to our site, as well as the ability to validate our hypotheses before any production deployment, reinforcing the reliability of our actions and securing our revenue.

The tool also stands out for its seamless integration with other solutions, the clarity of its reports which allow precise daily monitoring of campaigns, and the wide variety of available widgets (pop-ins, banners, timers, NPS surveys...).

The interface is clear and intuitive. You can launch A/B tests or patches quickly and without using code thanks to the widgets, which is a big time saver for quick requests. The team is responsive, very kind, and professional. I have been using it every week for over two years, and with all the updates I've seen, I've never used a tool as efficient. I imagine it's a technical issue and there's nothing we can do about it, but changing the variation in the visual editor and seeing the page reload completely, then adding the AB Tasty layer, wastes quite a bit of time (but the fact that we have a super heavy site to begin with doesn't help with the loading).
