I would really like if I could also do surveys or have pop ups in which I can ask things qualitatively as well. It's so tough to have so many tools that you experiment with. So you do heat maps on one tool, and then you do surveys on another tool. I really want AB testing to help me experiment in general for both qualitative and quantitative aspects. What I use in this tool overall: personalization + Reco&Merch. The personalization/abtest part is very intuitive, campaigns can be launched very quickly. On the other hand, R&M requires a real logic to acquire, but once mastered, the feature becomes much more fluid and efficient.
