The performance management side is clunky and hard to use, but real issue is lack of care about their customers.
They attempted to take a further 12 months licence fees when we didn't renew, based on them (incorrectly) thinking we had missed the non-renewal deadline by one day.
Even if we had missed it by a day, it shows a company has no genuine care for its customers to try to force a renewal in 30 days time for a full year when the customer has said they want to leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
