
The best part is how operator-friendly the platform is. The UI is intuitive, portfolio monitoring and KPI collection are structured and easy to manage, and reporting/export workflows reduce a lot of spreadsheet work. We also like the newer AI features for faster data import, and the Excel add-in and connectivity are strong, which makes keeping data up to date much easier. On top of the product, the support team is excellent, responsive, proactive, and willing to jump on calls to solve things quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We dislike that we can’t yet use the AI to directly extract and populate open questions from uploaded documents into the relevant fields. That would remove a lot of manual copy-pasting and make document-to-workflow handover much faster.
