The best part is how operator-friendly the platform is. The UI is intuitive, portfolio monitoring and KPI collection are structured and easy to manage, and reporting/export workflows reduce a lot of spreadsheet work. We also like the newer AI features for faster data import, and the Excel add-in and connectivity are strong, which makes keeping data up to date much easier. On top of the product, the support team is excellent, responsive, proactive, and willing to jump on calls to solve things quickly.

The portfolio company dashboards are very intuitive, and it’s easy to find the information I need. The platform has also really simplified our reporting process; it’s straightforward to customise what we want from companies and I particularly like the reminders feature, since it means I don’t have to manage those follow-ups manually. Most importantly, the customer service is truly outstanding. Our customer success manager at Vestberry is consistently responsive and friendly, and they get back to me within a few hours every time. They’re also always available for 1:1s, and the colleagues on the chat service have been equally efficient and helpful whenever I’ve needed support.
