**What do you like best about Transformify?**

As clients, we appreciate Transformify's AI-powered applicant tracking system and global freelancer management, which streamline the recruitment process and significantly reduce hiring costs and time. Additionally, its strong support for diversity recruitment and CSR programs enhances our ability to create a diverse and inclusive workforce while improving our employer branding​. Great customer support and user-friendly software. The customized solutions work very well.

**What do you dislike about Transformify?**

There is no such a thing, all the features we are using work properly.

**What problems is Transformify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, it streamlines the hiring process by providing access to a global talent pool, making it easier to find and hire qualified candidates quickly. Second, it simplifies payment processing, handling multiple currencies and payment methods, which reduces administrative burdens and errors. Additionally, Transformify offers tools for project management and compliance, ensuring that remote teams are managed efficiently and in line with local labor laws​

I like it’s easy to use interface and how one cal collaborate well with coworkers

It takes time to get used to the program and mistakes can happen

Keep figuring out how to use it and it will get easier . The layout is simple but takes time to get used to

**What problems is Transformify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once you know how to use it and are familiar then it’s good to use but it’s a learning curve
