What I like most about Supermetrics is its ease of use, which allows us to develop reports and analyses of all our clients' digital properties without complications. The pricing for HubSpot/Mailchimp integration is quite expensive for SMBs. For agencies, the pricing probably works (since you can use it for a few clients as long as the total accounts are less than 10), but in most cases, clients want ownership of the data and would like it to be from their account, so that's a major limitation. SuperMetrics continues to seek out new platforms to make connections to, and they just created one for a platform that I routinely use for monthly reporting.
