&lt;p&gt;I’d want a consultant to show what they automate before talking strategy. At ecommerce scale, manually sending invitations or routing every negative review is already a losing battle. The useful partner is the one that designs the order-to-invite-to-response workflow so the internal team only touches reviews that genuinely need attention.&lt;/p&gt;
