The sidekickAI is the absolute best! It helps me learn more about our product portfolio (which is vast) because I just started at the company. It helps me re-use accurate information on our products, value prop, and messaging because everything is taken straight from our data, not external sources. I love how easy it is to look up literally anything. I also like that our Sales team has immediate access to everything we have been trying to reinforce with them (messaging etc) and does not have to ask me where to find a particular asset. I do not like how many steps it takes to sync a file from SharePoint. We have multiple SharePoints and categorization so it takes a good amount of time to drill into exactly what SharePoint folder I need that houses the particular file I want. That's a pain. Also, sometimes the search results for queries don't seem all that relevant past the first few items. I don't like how they call the folders "topics." Just keep them as folders! I think it is super useful in aggregating a lot of different things for a prospective client. Things from marketing materials and product specs to proposals, pricing sheets, etc. This keeps a prospect from having to repeatedly dig through emails to find information. And it's nice that it is dynamic when it comes to the updates, so something doesn't ever need to be re-emailed, or there isn't concern about a potential client referencing outdated material. The only thing I will point to is the load time with some of the PDFs that are added. It seems like it is iframed in, which seems to cause some sort of lag. I also wish these were a little larger in the windows when they popped up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new deal room builder has pros and cons—cons mainly being the drag and drop editor is "temperamental." Picky little things like you have to hit "enter" when searching for a particular client site rather than the list auto-filtering. I also don't like that when adding content to deal rooms, it defaults to adding newest content to the bottom of a section/list Also, the Google Drive integration defaults to a recency order instead of alphabetical. Spekit is the perfect mix between a light content management system and real-time learning platform. It's exactly what agile teams require to ensure that everyone has exactly what's needed at their fingertips. It's a really well built platform that allows me to interact with my customers in new ways. In CS, we tend to spend a lot of time emailing different resources and documents back and forth. This is a great repository for me to house all the work I do with my customers. In addition, I find the AI Bot wonderful for crawling content. I like how Spekit lets me organize content into topics and subtopics, tag things, and find them easily. The AI sidekick lets my sales team ask plain-language questions and quickly find sales content and answers about our products, audiences, competitors, and campaigns. It saves time and means our team can focus on more strategic questions. I also like being able to sync files from SharePoint. Spekit feels more user-friendly and modern than the tool we used before. I think some of the branding in Spekit’s AI documents could be improved. It would be nice to add branded or minimal emojis that match our brand colors. I’d also like to see improvements to the AI features for topics, since I know Spekit specs are searchable but I’m not sure topics are. It would be helpful to sync videos from SharePoint and to have an integration with Kaia, so the sales team could use the AI sidekick with Kaia content, such as drafting customer follow-up emails. There’s a natural change curve with any new tool. While the platform is intuitive, there are so many features and capabilities that users may not always know how to take full advantage of them. I also think there’s an opportunity to expand its deal intelligence capabilities, especially given the connections to our knowledge base, Gong, and Salesforce.
